A computer-implemented method for identifying antimicrobial resistance (AMR) network hub targets using co-occurrence centrality scoring on antibiogram datasets. Resistance profiles across drug classes are modeled as a co-occurrence network; centrality metrics identify hub determinants co-occurring across multiple drug classes. Hub targets represent high-leverage points where a single intervention disrupts resistance across several antibiotic classes.
