Description

Field of Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a water spray system and, more particularly, a water spray system capable of generating an outflow of water analogous to a curtain or shield of water. [0002] Additionally, the invention in question also reveals possible embodiments of the diffuser that integrates the water spraying system. Fundamentals of the Invention [0003] As is known to those skilled in the art, the current state of the art comprises a wide variety of water spray systems, which can even be adapted for specific uses. For example, water spray systems are known for showers and showerheads, water spray systems for faucets and single-lever mixers, water spray systems for hoses, among others. [0004] The fact is that, regardless of specific or generalized applications, every water sprinkler system comprises a construction specifically designed to achieve a desired technical result. [0005] Among the numerous possibilities for water spray systems, those capable of generating a water spray from a turbulent water flow are widely known. The US patent document US2416737 describes, for example, a water spray system capable of being associated with the water outlet of a common tap, as an easily attachable or detachable accessory. In this sense, this capable water spray system is able to transform a water flow into a water spray. [0006] Water spray systems capable of combining two distinct water flows are also known. For example, US patent document US7850098 describes a water spray system that, especially suitable for kitchen taps, combines a high-pressure straight spray jet and a surrounding spray jet, similar to a curtain or shield of water, of high pressure. To this end, the water spray system described in US patent document US7850098 employs a swirling ring member provided with a plurality of angled barriers configured to impart rotational motion to a water flow, which ultimately surrounds the high-pressure straight spray jet. [0007] In this regard, in accordance with the objectives of the invention in question, the general construction of the water spraying system described in the aforementioned US patent document US7850098 is of particular interest. [0008] Since the creation of the surrounding high-pressure spray jet depends on maintaining the centrifugal force that the water achieves after passing through the barriers, it becomes evident that the water spray system described in US patent document US7850098 is not suitable for low-pressure hydraulic installations or for hydraulic installations with inconsistent pressure, and it is based on this scenario that the invention in question arises. Objectives of the Invention [0009] Thus, the main objective of the present invention is to disclose a water spraying system capable of generating, from a water flow of inconsistent pressure, high pressure or low pressure, an outlet water flow analogous to a curtain or shield of water, which may or may not be combined with at least one other alternative outlet water flow. Summary of the Invention [0010] All the aforementioned objectives are achieved by means of the water spray system, the first object of the invention in question. [0011] According to the preferred embodiment of the aforementioned water sprinkler system (of the type to be installed downstream of a water flow), it is noted that it comprises at least one water inlet terminal, at least one tubular body and at least one water outlet terminal, the aforementioned water inlet terminal and the aforementioned water outlet terminal being attachable to opposite ends of the aforementioned tubular body. The aforementioned water sprinkler system further comprises a plurality of helical channels arranged within the tubular body, between the water inlet terminal (21) and the water outlet terminal, and at least one spreading area arranged downstream of the helical channels, the fluid communication between the aforementioned water inlet terminal and the aforementioned water outlet terminal being carried out by the hydraulic circuit defined by the combination of the helical channels and the spreading area. The water sprinkler system may also comprise at least one flow restrictor capable of restricting the opening of the helical channels. [0012] Preferably, the water spray system comprises at least one diffuser disposed inside the tubular body, which comprises multiple helically arranged ribs, and at least one smooth circular axial segment, the plurality of helical channels being formed in the space between two adjacent ribs and the inner face of the tubular body (22), and the spreading area being formed in the space between the smooth circular axial segment and the inner face of the tubular body. [0013] Optionally, a plurality of primary axial channels are provided, arranged inside the tubular body, between the water inlet terminal and the water outlet terminal, with part of the fluidic communication between said water inlet terminal and said water outlet
