Description
Technological sector of invention [001] The present invention relates, in a general way, to the technological sector of agricultural machinery and implements and, more specifically, to the peculiar type of distributor of soil amendments, fertilizers and seeds, aiming to meet, in view of the modernization of agriculture, the modern practices of soil correction in precision agriculture and base correction, and at the same time, agility in the transport of the implement. [002] Indeed, the present invention relates to a peculiar type of distributor of soil amendments, fertilizers and seeds, carefully and meticulously designed with the intention of characterizing something truly new and capable of occupying a prominent place when compared with the characteristics presented by the equipment or devices known in the state of the art of this technological sector known up to the present moment. Background of the invention [003] It is known, through the state of the art, known in this technological sector, up to the present moment, that there is a series of models of agricultural equipment for distributing soil amendments, fertilizers and seeds, from the most diverse national and foreign manufacturers. [004] In order to comply with current legislation regarding the inclusion of patent documents pertaining to the state of the art relevant to the subject matter, which may be considered valuable for understanding the subject matter, searches were carried out in available databases, and the patent documents US 6336511 B1, US 2016/0212927 A1, BR 10 2015 028515-9 A2 and WO 2019/195073 A1 were found. [005] Friggstad's US patent 6336511 B1, published on 08/02/2002, discloses a carrier structure bent forward symmetrically by the extension of a telescopic hitch, which is extended lengthwise on each successive wing; a pair of secondary tie rods or hitch members are articulated to a hitch and extend rearward toward a secondary hitch point; mounted between the hitch members and the hitch point are the rear hitch members which are articulated between the articulation points for rotation about the vertical axes, which are also connected to support arms that extend from each hitch member to a respective structural section for articulation movement. [006] US patent 2016/0212927 A1, by Sudbrink et al., published on 03/31/2016, discloses an agricultural tillage implement with a main frame section that includes a telescopic hitch tube extending in the direction of travel and a toolbar connected to and extending transversely to the telescopic hitch tube; it has a left wing section and a right wing section articulated to the main frame section, wherein the left and right wing sections are operable to rotate forward in positions adjacent to and generally parallel to the draw hitch tube when in a transport configuration, and are operable to rotate outward to positions perpendicular to the draw hitch tube in an operational configuration; at least one left wing implement is articulated to the left wing section, and at least one right wing implement is articulated to the right wing section. [007] Document BR 10 2015 028515-9 A2, by Anderson et al., published on 05/24/2016, discloses a telescopic hitch assembly and hydraulic cylinders connected between the hitch assembly and the wing bars configured to extend and retract, causing the wing bars to move between the transport position and the working position; as the wing bars are folded forward, the cylinders connected between the hitch assembly and the wing bars also cause the telescopic part of the hitch assembly to extend; the required size of the hydraulic cylinder for the tie rod is a function of several factors, such as the weight of the wing boom, the amount of extension required by the hitch assembly, and the location where the tie rod is connected to the wing; the wing bars are connected to the hitch assembly on a support in a way that allows the wing bars to fold forward. [008] Hoeg's WO 2019/195073 A1 document, published on 10/10/2019, discloses an agricultural toolbar coupled to a tractor, movable between a working position and a transport position, having a central support mounted on the tractor's three-point hitch and having a first end portion, a second end portion and an upper surface; a first arm member is articulated in a hinged manner to the central support around the second longitudinal axis; a second arm member is articulated in a hinged manner to the central support around the second longitudinal axis; at least two sets of wings each have a first support member, a second support member that defines a third longitudinal axis and a mounting member; the first support member is attached to the second support member and to the mounting member; the mounting member attaches to each of the first and second arm members; the central support includes an upper surface, a lower surface, a first longitudinal axis and a second longitudinal axis that is perpendicular to the first longitudina
