Description
[01] This invention patent describes a solid and powder distributor, belonging to the field of agricultural machinery and implements and particularly applied in the distribution of solid or powder products over cultivated areas. This equipment is structurally compact, yet efficiently robust, and is intended for the distribution of granulated and powdered products with greater efficiency and precision. Fundamentals of the Invention [02] It is known that foods from the earth are necessary to compose an adequate human diet, and the practice of cultivating food has accompanied humanity for more than 10,000 years. Therefore, it can be said that agriculture is a form of cultural expression, which involves extensive knowledge about nature and the environment, and which is taught and passed on among humans, including as a means of survival and prosperity. [03] However, as the centuries passed and the population grew, so did the need for greater productivity in planting areas, which became increasingly dependent on technological advances that facilitated agricultural work. Thus, understanding the importance of mastering agriculture to meet the high demand for food, and with the increasing evolution of technology, advances in agriculture became possible and culminated in several technological innovations aimed at solving problems in farming and facilitating the planting process. History of the Invention [04] Among the innovations for the sector, agricultural equipment designed for the distribution of seeds and powdered products is known to those skilled in the art. This distribution equipment is preferably coupled to and moved by a traction vehicle, usually a tractor, and was developed with the aim of significantly increasing productivity in the field, providing greater control during the distribution of agricultural products in planting areas and, consequently, facilitating planting processes. [05] Basically, such equipment comprises a product reservoir, also known as a loading box, arranged on a conveyor belt that moves in a controlled manner to move the products from the inside to the outside of the reservoir, passing through an opening with closure regulated by at least one gate, in order to supply metered quantities of such products to a set of distribution discs, which are responsible for distributing the products on the ground, in previously adjusted application strips. [06] However, the distribution equipment currently found in the agricultural sector has inefficient and complex designs, and fails to provide compact and efficient equipment for distributing agricultural products over planting areas, increasing the need for innovations capable of ensuring greater productivity and minimizing waste, especially in application situations that do not justify the use of larger and more robust equipment, due to the high cost associated with this type of equipment. [07] Therefore, one of the disadvantages found in state-of-the-art equipment consists of the lack of compact and efficient equipment that does not depend on complex mechanisms or, in the case of simpler equipment, that does not depend exclusively on the action of gravitational force to provide the distribution of agricultural products in a uniform manner and in the desired quantities, hindering the flow of product supply to the distribution discs in dosed and uniform portions. [08] Another disadvantage of the previous equipment occurs due to the lack of components or mechanisms that maintain the uniformity of the volumes of products to be supplied from the equipment's reservoir, when performing maneuvers or dealing with vibrations, as the equipment is moved over the ground, since such situations tend to cause an accumulation of products in different regions of its respective product reservoir, impairing the uniform distribution of these products that are supplied to the equipment's distribution discs. [09] Thus, aiming to solve the inconveniences of the state of the art, the invention now claimed presents a solid and powder distributor, of compact but robust configuration, equipped with sensors that will guarantee automatic calibration of the equipment during each travel path, and a manual control capable of activating the product release gates, directly from the cab of the traction vehicle. [010] Thus, it is an objective of the present invention to provide a solid and powder distributor that does not depend solely on the force of gravity to provide a uniform distribution flow of products from the interior of its reservoir, as it comprises dividing elements positioned on the product displacement conveyor belt, in order to provide leveling of the volumes of products displaced by the conveyor belt, to ensure uniformity in the distribution of these products to the distribution discs of the equipment. [011] Furthermore, another objective of the present invention is to provide a solids and powder distributor equipped with a separating element installed inside the
