Abstract

The INSTANT CAKE MIX is a premium product invention in the baking industry, as the final product is a high-quality cake.   1. 1. INSTANT CAKE MIX, characterized by not needing to add ingredients, only water and nothing else. All the ingredients are already present in the recipe, as follows: Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, sugar, whole egg powder, palm vegetable fat, chemical baking powder, whole milk powder, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidant: BHT, preservative: calcium propionate, artificial butter flavoring and the specific ingredient of the formulated flavor, such as: vanilla, cornmeal, chocolate, carrot, banana and coconut.

INSTANT CAKE MIX, according to claim 1, characterized in that all the ingredients that make up the recipe for a high-quality traditional cake are already mixed in the package and are in powder form. The ingredients are described in claim 1, and have the concentration described in the nutritional table shown in figure 2.

Field of invention [001] INSTANT CAKE MIX refers to the Invention Patent (PI) application for a new Cake Mix formulation, for use in the baking industry or for use in homes by end consumers. Fundamentals of the invention [002] Existing cake mixes on the market are formulations that require the addition of complementary ingredients to be ready, such as: egg, milk, butter or oil. INSTANT CAKE MIX is a new, innovative formulation that does not require the addition of any ingredients such as egg, milk, butter or oil. Just add a little water and nothing else. [003] Existing cake mixes on the market have the drawback of requiring ingredients that need specific refrigerated storage, meaning the user has to purchase these ingredients beforehand; otherwise, they cannot use the conventional cake mix available on the market. INSTANT CAKE MIX offers significant advantages: it requires no additional ingredients, only plain water, meaning no other ingredients need to be purchased, offering great convenience and practicality. In addition to this convenience, it is easier to use, as you only need to mix in water to have the cake batter ready to bake.
