  1. 1 - “FORMULATION”, for a cosmetic product of the wrinkle-reducing serum type for topical application to the skin, focusing on the reduction of deep wrinkles, improvement of elasticity and reduction of skin roughness, characterized by being composed of: water as solvent; Laponite XL 21 and Cosphaderm X34 as rheological agents; Citric Acid qd pH 5.5-6.5 as pH adjuster; Lexfeel 7 as emollient; Ageguard HP16 as firming agent; Phytocare OL as emulsifier; Apalight Powder (Hydroxyapatite) as anti-aging agent; Fucogel 1.5 as sensory agent; Panthenol and Evermild PGA as moisturizers; Propanediol as humectant; Altheostem as senolytic; Officinol and Vitamin E as antioxidants; Spectrastat PHL as preservative; and No Stress Fragrance.
  2. 2 - “FORMULATION” according to claim 1, characterized by the percentage of the presence of the components to 100%, which is reflected in mass (weight/weight) or volume (volume/volume) according to the nature of each ingredient, being: 75.5% water; 0.60% Laponite XL 21; sufficient and/or non-significant quantity of Citric Acid qd pH 5.5-6.5; 6.00% Lexfeel 7; 0.10% Ageguard HP16; 1.60% Phytocare OL; 2.00% Apalight Powder (Hydroxyapatite); 4.00% Fucogel 1.5; 1.40% Panthenol; 2.00% Propanediol; 0.40% Cosphaderm X34; 1.00% Altheostem; 1.50% Officinol; 0.10% Evermild PGA; 2.00% Spectrastat PHL; 0.40% No Stress Fragrance; and 1.40% Vitamin E.
  3. 3 - “MIXING METHOD” of the formulation as defined in claim 1 for the formation of a topical skin rejuvenating serum characterized by the following steps: Phase A - homogeneous mixing of 25.50% water (of 100% of the total weight of the formulation) with Laponite XL 21 and Citric Acid qd pH 5.5-6.5; Phase B - addition of Lexfeel 7, Ageguard HP16 and Phytocare OL to the mixture, mixing until homogeneous; Phase C - addition of 20% water (of 100% of the total weight of the formulation) and Apalight Powder (Hydroxyapatite) to the mixture, mixing until homogeneous; Phase D - addition of 10% water (of 100% of the total weight of the formulation), Fucogel 1.5 and Panthenol to the mixture, mixing until homogeneous; Phase E - Addition of 20% water (of 100% of the total weight of the formulation), Propanediol, Cosphaderm X34, Altheostem; Officinol, Evermild PGA and Spectrastat PHL to the mixture, mixing until homogeneous; Phase F - Addition of Fragrance and Vitamin E to the mixture, mixing until homogeneous.

Description

Technical field [001] The present invention relates to a serum-type product for application to the skin with a plumping effect, used for daily skin care. [002] The product features an innovative formulation with the synergistic combination of selected components focused on reducing deep wrinkles, improving elasticity, and reducing skin roughness. Its effects are similar to those of invasive dermatological procedures, but with topical, non-invasive application. [003] In summary, it is a cosmetic serum formulation for the face, décolleté, neck and hands, aiming to promote effectiveness in prolonged hydration, lifting and filling in the signs of cutaneous senescence in these regions, acting as a cosmetic alternative to more invasive dermatological procedures performed with hydroxyapatite and collagen precursors. State of the art [004] Skin care is fundamental to controlling the visible signs of aging. The skin, being the largest organ in the body, is constantly exposed to external factors such as UV radiation, pollution, and climate change, which accelerate the aging process. Skin aging manifests itself through wrinkles, fine lines, loss of elasticity, and changes in skin texture and tone. Maintaining a skin care routine, especially with anti-aging products such as serums and creams, helps minimize these effects, promoting healthier and younger-looking skin over time. [005] Anti-aging products play a crucial role in this process, providing active ingredients that stimulate cell renewal, collagen production, and skin hydration. These products help delay the appearance of signs of aging, smooth existing wrinkles, and improve skin texture and radiance, providing a rejuvenated appearance without the need for more invasive interventions. [006] As an example of the technique currently applied, document BR 102012003301-1, published in 2016, is cited, which claims an anti-aging formulation for home use whose formulation is comprised of moisturizing, anti-aging, brightening, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and repairing components, whose formula contains the components: glycolic acid 8% 7, arbutin 3% 8, alpha-bisabolol 2% 9, nicotinamide 4% 10, vitamin C nanospheres 5% 11, dermaxyl 2% 12, zano 10 plus 20% 13, in a gel-cream vehicle 14 with aromatic green tea extract 15. [007] In any case, there is a plethora of topical cosmetic products for skin care and rejuvenation or control of apparent age. These products are, nowadays, alternatives to more invasive procedures involving injections of filler compounds. [008] Invasive aesthetic procedures, such as dermal fillers, Botox, deep chemical peels, fractional laser, and surgical facelifts, are widely used methods to combat the signs of aging quickly and visibly. These procedures are effective in treating deep wrinkles, volume loss, sagging, and skin irregularities. [009] Although invasive cosmetic procedures can offer significant results, they come with a number of risks and drawbacks. Procedures such as fillers and plastic surgery involve risks of complications such as infections, allergic reactions, scarring, and undesirable results. Botox, for example, can cause excessive muscle paralysis, leading to a frozen facial expression. These procedures are often expensive, with costs that can be prohibitive for many people. In addition, the need for periodic touch-ups can further increase the investment over time. Procedures such as deep peels and facelifts require a significant recovery period, during which the skin may be red, swollen, and sensitive. [010] Although less invasive, topical anti-aging products available on the market also have limitations that can compromise their effectiveness. [015] Currently, products used in invasive aesthetic treatments are known to be highly effective against apparent skin aging, such as hydroxyapatite and stem cell-based compounds. More recent studies have proven the possibility of topical application of these compounds, but without proof of high efficiency. For example, it is known that hydroxyapatite is used topically in den
