Description

FIELD OF APPLICATION 001 This descriptive report refers to a Patent Application for Invention for the use of nautical mesh in the production of various clothing items and also in decoration, which will be used in the field of the textile industry, being extremely practical and efficient, meeting the conditions to become worthy of the protection now sought. 002 The NAUTICAL MESH APPLIED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF CLOTHING PARTS AND ARTICLES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD, through improvements and the technology employed, aims at developing the use of expandable nautical mesh composed of multifilaments in polyester and modified heat-shrinkable polyolefin, which is traditionally used to pass wires and cables. The invention focuses on the innovative design of casual and conceptual clothing, taking advantage of the unique aesthetic characteristics of nautical mesh as a raw material in the fashion world. Because it is flexible and malleable, this mesh allows the creation of diverse designs, enabling visually impactful and contemporary pieces, representing an evolutionary solution, standing out in the consumer market due to its differentiated product in terms of construction and use, being quite resistant and functional. STATE OF THE ART 003 With the sole and exclusive purpose of providing veracity to the preamble of this description, the applicant will now provide, in the following paragraphs, a brief, yet consistent, explanation of the state of the art regarding the problems and inconveniences existing in the manufacture of current and fashionable clothing items, where it will be possible for a person skilled in the art to recognize its deficient aspects, in order to later clearly identify in the invention now claimed the requirement of novelty, mandatory under the Industrial Property Law. 004 Fashion is a social, cultural, economic, and political phenomenon, as it captures events, experiences, movements, the ebb and flow of societies and transforms them into signs. It absorbs and reflects the flows of the world. Everything that happens within a society inspires the creation of fashion. There is no fashion in a world where things last, remain stable. 005 The concept of fashion goes beyond clothing. In the beginning, man began to use clothing, first as protection, then came associations with modesty and adornment. It is a form of personal expression, an important industry, a tool for social inclusion, and a source of self-esteem and confidence. By understanding the importance of fashion in our lives, we can harness its full potential to connect with ourselves and the world around us. 009 With the aim of developing new trends in the fashion world, the inventor, a person connected to the field, created and developed the object of this patent, designing clothing items made of expandable nautical mesh, where not only the technical and functional qualities were considered in the design of its manufacture, but also its design, shape and arrangement of its pieces and parts, which brought several advantages and benefits without incurring any burden whatsoever to the object. 010 In view of the foregoing technical fundamentals, with the passage of time and the accumulation of experience, the facts have pointed towards the construction of unprecedented garments made of nautical mesh, presenting several advantages, being quite practical and efficient, where its unique construction eliminates the negative aspects known in the State of the Art, which is presented in this patent. PATENT OBJECTIVE 011 In order to overcome the problems presented, the inventor hereby applies for a Patent of Invention, entitled NAUTICAL MESH APPLIED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF CLOTHING PARTS AND ARTICLES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD, which fundamentally aims at developing the use of expandable nautical mesh, traditionally used for passing wires and cables.
