Claims (2)
- 1) PVC SPHERES WITH LIQUID APPLIED TO CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES AND DECORATION, characterized by molded PVC spheres (1) sealed at their ends (2), creating an internal region (3) filled with colored liquid (4).
- 2) PVC SPHERES FILLED WITH LIQUID APPLIED IN CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES AND DECORATION, as per claim 1, characterized by the manufacturing method of the liquid-filled spheres comprising the steps of: PVC preparation; molding and sealing; liquid injection; final sealing and inspection and finishing. - PVC preparation - The PVC raw material is acquired in sheets and manually cut to create spheres or custom shapes of the desired size. This process is carried out with precision to ensure that all spheres have a uniform and suitable shape; - Molding and sealing - The machine developed specifically for the production of spheres performs the molding and sealing of the spheres. First, the spheres are sealed in two parts, leaving a small hole for injection of the colored liquid; - Liquid injection - Through the small hole, the colored liquid is injected into the interior of the PVC sphere. This liquid is carefully chosen to ensure a vibrant and stable coloration within the PVC; - Final sealing - After the liquid injection, the hole is resealed using the same cutting and sealing machine, ensuring that the liquid does not leak and that the sphere remains intact; - Inspection and finishing - The spheres are inspected to ensure there are no leaks and that the liquid is evenly distributed. Quality is checked and any defective parts are corrected or discarded. The final finishing includes cleaning to remove any residue and ensure the product's flawless appearance.
Description
FIELD OF APPLICATION 001 This descriptive report refers to a Patent Application for an Invention for an integrated composition in clothing and other miscellaneous articles, which will be used in the field of textile and decoration, extremely innovative and attractive, meeting the conditions to become worthy of the protection now sought. 002 PVC SPHERES WITH LIQUID APPLIED IN CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES AND DECORATION, through improvements and the technology employed, aim to develop an innovative product composed of PVC spheres internally filled with colored liquid, which can be used in various applications, including clothing, where it is integrated into pieces creating unique aesthetic details, or in accessories, incorporated into jewelry, bags, footwear and decoration, used as decorative elements in interiors and events. The combination of PVC with colored liquid provides a dynamic and attractive visual effect, allowing the creation of items that stand out for their unique and differentiated aesthetics, standing out in the consumer market for presenting a differentiated product in terms of its construction and use, while also obtaining a low-cost, functional and economical product. STATE OF THE ART 003 With the sole and exclusive purpose of providing veracity to the preamble of this description, the applicant will now provide, in the following paragraphs, a brief, yet consistent, explanation of the state of the art regarding the problems and inconveniences existing in the manufacture of current clothing, fashion, and decoration items, where it will be possible for a person skilled in the art to recognize its deficient aspects, in order to later clearly identify in the invention now claimed the requirement of novelty, mandatory under the Industrial Property Law. 004 Fashion is a social, cultural, economic, and political phenomenon, as it captures events, experiences, movements, the ebb and flow of societies and transforms them into signs. It absorbs and reflects the flows of the world. Everything that happens within a society inspires the creation of fashion. There is no fashion in a world where things last and remain stable. 005 The concept of fashion goes beyond clothing. In the beginning, man began to use clothing, first as protection, then came associations with modesty and adornment. However, in the field of fashion, clothing and its set of signs began to distinguish people, as a social differentiator, a kind of portrait of a community or class, making dressing an act of signification (Brandes & Souza, 2012). 006 Fashion is an industry that moves billions of dollars worldwide, employing millions of people in various sectors, from production to marketing and sales. The need to break with past traditions and customs is characteristic of the relentless pursuit of novelty. Furthermore, fashion also encourages creativity and entrepreneurship, being responsible for the emergence of many successful brands and businesses. 007 Wearing clothes that make us feel good can have a positive impact on our self-esteem and self-confidence. When we dress in a way that makes us feel comfortable and beautiful, we are more likely to face challenges with more confidence and feel more confident to be ourselves in any environment. 008 In short, fashion is much more than simply dressing well. It is a form of personal expression, an important industry, a tool for social inclusion, and a source of self-esteem and confidence. By understanding the importance of fashion in our lives, we can harness its full potential to connect with ourselves and the world around us. 009 The fashion industry is constantly transforming. In this sense, it is necessary to highlight that the changes occur due to social, cultural, aesthetic, and financial characteristics, as well as technological innovations. 010 Know that new technological methods are not only applied to increase production capacity, they also create many other possibilities and opportunities for innovation and, moreover, may redefine in the future the entire way in which society uses fabrics and creates clothing. 011 We know, unfortunately, that the fashion industry has a very negative impact on both our planet and our health. The problem is truly significant, but looking at it optimistically, we can see a lot of room for innovation. 012 The fashion industry is responsible for approximately 20% of the world's wasted water, and has a worse impact than all airlines combined when we look at global carbon emissions. Furthermore, some data is alarming: More than 100 billion pieces of clothing are produced annually; 2,700 liters of water are needed to produce a cotton shirt, the same amount of water a person drinks on average over 2.5 years; The low quality of the clothing prevents it from being reused, so 73% of discarded clothing ends up burned in landfills. 013 With the aim of developing new trends in the world of fashion and decoration, the inventor, a person connected to the field, created a
