Description

Field of Invention [0001] The present invention is in the field of interior trim for vehicle pillars. More specifically, the present invention is situated within the context of interior trim moldings for vehicles to conceal vehicle structures and ensure the correct release of the seatbelt. Background of the Invention [0002] The interior trim of a car along the seatbelt passage is designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This trim involves a combination of materials, such as plastics, fabrics, and, in some cases, metal elements, which ensure the protection of the seatbelt and the safety of the passengers. However, in many vehicles, parts of the rear seat mounting structure may be exposed. This occurs particularly in areas near the base of the seatbelt, where the seat structure connects to the vehicle chassis. These exposed points often result from the need for easy access for maintenance or adjustment of the seatbelt and associated safety mechanisms. [0003] This exposure of the rear seat mounting structure is most visible in the areas near the vehicle's C-pillar, where the seat belt is anchored. Here, it is common for metal parts, such as mounting brackets and screws, to be visible, revealing the robustness of the vehicle structure. Although some manufacturers choose to cover these components with additional trim panels, other vehicles leave these parts exposed, prioritizing durability and ease of access for repairs. Furthermore, it is very common for additional parts to be used for the seat belt exit, as well as other additional parts to conceal the rear seat connection structures to the chassis. [0004] A problem related to most of the solutions presented is the need for many additional parts to cover the undesirable parts and to ensure the correct release of the seat belt, which not only increases complexity but also cost. [0005] In the state of the art, some prior techniques have already attempted to provide solutions to similar problems. As an example of the state of the art, we have KR102221651. [0006] Document KR102221651 discloses a rear seat belt slip prevention device, which seeks to prevent rear seat belt slippage in a simpler way and improve the appearance when the belt is not in use. The objective of KR102221651 is to provide a rear seat belt slip prevention device that, when not in use, does not project from the wheel well, and, when in use, easily prevents the seat belt from slipping. The device comprises a wheel well disposed alongside a rear seat, a seat belt installed along the wheel well, and a slip prevention unit installed in the wheel well, which, when in use, projects from the surface of the wheel well and is positioned between the seat belt and the rear seat, being retracted so as not to project from the surface of the wheel well when not in use. [0007] The KR102221651 anti-slip unit includes a push-button part where, when one side of the button is pressed, it projects from the wheel housing, and when pressed again, the button is retracted into the wheel housing. On the opposite side of the push-button, a hook is formed, and the anti-slip unit includes a button clamping device that secures or releases the hook when the button is pressed, and a spring inserted between the push-button and the clamping device. The button clamping device includes a fixed hook which, when the hook is inserted, moves towards the hook and engages with it. [0008] KR102221651, however, does not solve the problem of visibility of internal structural components, only offering a solution to prevent the rear seat belt from slipping. [0009] Considering the state-of-the-art solutions, it is verified that these do not solve the technical problem of the visibility of internal structural components in the seatbelt anchorage region and the difficulty of ensuring the correct release of the seatbelt, thus illustrating the need for new solutions on the market. Objectives of the Invention [0010] The present invention aims to disclose a trim frame which, together with the lower C-pillar, will simultaneously provide the correct exit for the seatbelt and conceal the internal structures of the rear seat that one wishes to keep hidden. Brief Description of the Invention [0011] The present invention discloses a rear seat frame trim cover comprising at least one opening for engaging the rear seat mounting structure, configured to allow connection between the rear seat mounting structure and a rear seat; and at least one upper fastening means configured to connect the rear seat frame trim cover to a column trim frame. [0012] The connection between the rear seat frame trim cover and a pillar trim frame is configured to form an opening for the seat belt. [0013] The trim frame of the rear seat structure is configured to conceal the rear seat mounting structure. [0014] The rear seat frame trim cover comprises at least one central fastening means configured to connect the central portion of the rear seat frame trim cove
