Description

[001] This invention patent falls within the field of footwear, relating to footwear with a retractable and foldable heel, with an improved structure. The footwear comprises a sole and a wedge installed under the sole and also comprises an elastic steel plate, a detachable deflector, a retractable heel, a rotational spring, a metal support block and a retractable switch, wherein the elastic steel plate is disposed under the half-sole of the sole; the wedge is hollow inside; communicating openings are disposed in the lower parts and on the front side of the wedge; the detachable deflector is installed in front of the wedge; the retractable heel is disposed under the wedge; the metal support block is fixed to the upper end of the retractable heel; the metal support block and the rotational spring are installed inside the wedge by virtue of the same horizontally disposed axis; the retractable switch is disposed above the metal support block; the rear end of the retractable switch is disposed in a through hole in the rear part of the wedge; One end of the rotational spring and the retractable heel are fixed, and the other end of the rotational spring is placed on a hook of the retractable switch. [002] Currently, there is no “convertible” product available on the Brazilian market that, with just a few movements, transforms a single shoe into a lower-heeled shoe without separate, detachable parts. [003] It was observed that once the heel shank could be folded under the sole, the height of the shoe heel would decrease significantly, providing relaxation and rest to the user's feet. Because it is not a system where the heel is simply removed and stored for reuse, there is no risk of losing the piece, or of soiling the inside of the bag to store this "detachable" heel. [004] With the same product, it is possible to meet the demand for a more refined and casual look when the heel is retracted. Example of use: when the user spends the whole day wearing heels, they can transform their high-heeled shoes into lower, more comfortable ones without needing to carry extra shoes in their bag. If they need to quickly return to wearing heels again, they simply activate the locking mechanism and return the heel to the "high" position. [005] BR 112022015513-1 “Footwear Article and Method of Manufacturing a Footwear Article” refers to a convertible shoe that may include a sole and a plurality of interchangeable heel portions, each selectively attachable to the sole. The heel portions may each include a mounting surface configured to interface with a heel receiver of the sole. The heel receiver may include a fixed hook and a movable hook, with the movable hook being operable by an actuator coupled to a lower surface of the sole. In some examples, the upper is fixed to the shoe sole by one or more fixing plates. In some examples, the shoe sole is configured to be inclined in a standard curvature corresponding to a high heel state even when a low heel is attached to the heel receiver. It differs from the present patent by the operation of the articulation of the retractable sole. [006] PI 0801908-8 “Process and assembly of a device for adjusting and/or transforming high heels into flat shoes or similar” refers to the transformation of high heels into flat shoes or similar, which allows the user satisfaction, economy, comfort and/or suitability to the various environments they will frequent, in addition to enabling the footwear industry to use various heel changing systems such as non-limiting, staggered folding heels, screw-on heels, snap-on heels, these with the possibility of various sizes, styles and materials, and with ease of manufacture, modification and design work, and that the user can change models and/or styles in a matter of seconds without the need for tools. It differs from the present patent by the operation of the articulation of the retractable sole. [007] US 11213099 “Convertible high and low heel shoe and method of use” refers to a sole including a heel section; a high heel piece positionable between a high heel mode where the high heel piece supports the heel section and a flat shoe mode where the high heel piece is received within the sole, wherein the sole includes a receiving section for receiving the high heel piece within the sole, a sole cover that can be opened and that covers and uncovers the receiving section of the sole, the heel section includes a receiving member of the high heel piece for attaching the receiving member of the high heel piece to the heel section in the high heel mode, and the receiving member of the high heel piece is a tube that receives the upper part of the high heel piece. It differs from the present patent by the operation of the articulation of the retractable sole. [008] US 20200297075 “Convertible high and low heel shoe and method of use” refers to a convertible high and low heel shoe comprising a sole including a heel section; and a high heel piece positionable between a high
