Abstract

The present invention, called a CADOUSER DISTRIBUTOR OF SOIL AMENDMENTS, CHEMICAL AND ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZERS, belongs to the agricultural implements sector, focusing on technology for soil preparation, planting, and cultivation. The device is characterized by a horizontally positioned transverse dosing roller system, equipped with adjustable angled collecting knives, which allows for precise and efficient application of soil amendments, fertilizers, and other bulk agricultural inputs. Unlike conventional distributors, which frequently face problems of material compaction and dosing failures due to moisture and impurities, this model offers the innovation of a rotating roller with speed adjustment, providing complete unloading and homogeneous dosing. Furthermore, its robust structure, manufactured from high-quality steel, allows for hydraulic, mechanical, or electric actuation, adapting to various soil and cultivation conditions, optimizing agricultural operations and reducing wasted time and resources.

Description

[001] The present invention - CADOUSER DISTRIBUTOR OF SOIL AMENDMENTS, CHEMICAL AND ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZERS - refers to a device with a horizontal transverse roller dosing system and angled collecting blades with adjustable working position, belonging to the agricultural sector, more specifically to the technology of agricultural implements used for soil preparation, planting and cultivation of various crops. Within this context, the need for efficient and versatile devices that can optimize agricultural operations, ensuring precise and high-quality work, is highlighted. [002] Regarding the state of the art related to the invention, distributors of soil amendments, fertilizers and bulk products in general are agricultural implements, usually coupled to tractors and have a cargo box with a lower conveyor belt in a horizontal position for moving the load and supplying the rear rotating plates or air blowers for application in the field. Their main function is the application of bulk agricultural inputs. [003] Among the models marketed is the input distributor with conveyor belt load movement and application by rotating plates. Its mechanism works through a conveyor belt installed in the lower part of the cargo box that transports the product to the rotating plates located at the rear of the equipment. [004] Another model available on the market also has a conveyor belt, however, the product is carried to a duct with an air current that will apply it in the field. [005] A third distributor model is available on the market that also uses horizontal conveyor belt load movement, but with helical screw application. [006] Thus, conventional agricultural input distributors, as presented in the prior art relating to the proposed invention, have technical problems, which motivated the development of the present invention, representing an improvement for the agricultural sector. [007] The technical problems encountered when using conventional distributors are characterized by the fact that most of the equipment available on the market is designed with a conveyor belt mechanism at the bottom of the cargo box. This mechanism often does not function properly when it receives materials with high moisture content and impurities. This high moisture content causes the material to compact and become trapped at the top of the cargo box, forming a kind of tunnel that prevents the conveyor belt from receiving the material and requires manual decompaction to continue operations. [008] Another disadvantage found in market models is when the equipment receives material with impurities such as: stones, tree trunks, among others. These impurities, depending on their size, cause the chain mechanism to break and the dosing system to become clogged, which is mostly done through a kind of limiting guillotine located between the conveyor belt and the rotating plates. [009] In certain situations, this compaction caused by moisture and impurities found in the material means that the equipment does not distribute correctly and evenly. [0010] When using these types of conventional distributors, the need arose to develop equipment that would allow for complete discharge, a system resistant to impurities, and a homogeneous application of various types of bulk agricultural inputs. [0011] The device with a horizontal roller dosing system with hydraulic, mechanical or electric drive is an innovation that aims to provide a homogeneous distribution of various types of soil amendments, fertilizers and other bulk agricultural inputs. [0012] It was also noted that there was a need to develop equipment that would allow the correct amount of product to be applied to each type of soil. [0013] The innovation of the invention lies in the possibility of adjusting the amount of product applied in the field by means of a rotating roller with collecting knives positioned horizontally and with speed adjustment. [0014] Comparing the proposed invention with conventional distributor models, it was found that most of the equipment available on the market has several technical problems, as reported herein. [0015] The horizontal roller with adjustable-speed collecting blades is not present in conventional distributor models. This new system allows for correct product dosing, with complete unloading of the load without the need for manual labor. Furthermore, savings are observed in relation to land investments, as its use avoids wasting time and product. [0016] In tests carried out with conventional distributor models, they showed constant breakage of the chain system and irregular application due to compaction and impurities present in the material. [0017] The present invention, in turn, in field tests demonstrated efficient work in the application of agricultural inputs. With the possibility of adjusting the speed of the rotating roller and variable positions of the collecting knives, it is possible to dose the amount of product applied to the soil more precisely. [
