- 1) "MULTIFUNCTIONAL MESH BOX FOR CURING AND/OR DRYING VARIOUS FOODS", a mesh box (100) for curing and/or drying various foods such as sun-dried meats, sausages, cheeses, fresh pasta, biscuits, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, among others; characterized by the mesh box (100) being formed by a receptacle (RP) with a hinged door (PA) provided with a latch (Tl), with a sealing adhesive tape (FA) provided on the edge of the receptacle (RP); the box structure (100) comprises a set of tubular transverse profiles (110) and longitudinal profiles (111) interconnected by means of 'L' connections (120) made of nylon, said profiles (110) and (111) having extreme recesses (110a)/(ll la) receiving rubbers (br) and edges (131) of the lining (130) made of fiberglass fabric coated with PVC and 18/16 weave; On the inner faces of the side walls of the receptacle (RP), rails (113) are fixed to the longitudinal profiles (111), also made of aluminum and with a 'C' section, for removable shelves (140) formed by a frame (141) provided with reinforcing crossbars (142), said frame (141) receiving a covering (130) made of fiberglass fabric coated with PVC and 18/16 weave; in the upper portion of the receptacle (RP), specifically, in the transverse profiles (110), supports (150) are installed for mounting bars (160) with respective hooks (170); the base of the receptacle (RP) receives support feet (180), as well as upper side supports (190).

HISTORY OF THE INVENTION [002] It is known that there are several models of boxes and ovens on the market specifically designed for the cheese curing process or meat maturation. These structures are essential to guarantee the ideal conditions of temperature, humidity and air circulation, which directly influence the flavor, texture and aroma of the food. [003] Wooden boxes, although traditional for curing cheeses or maturing meats in general, can present some drawbacks such as excessive moisture caused by inadequate wood treatment or contamination by bacteria caused by food residues in contact with the wood, as well as possible cracks in the wooden structure that can damage the box and influence the result. [004] Boxes for drying fresh pasta, pastes, herbs, fruits and the like are generally constructed of materials such as aluminum or plastic, with rails attached to the side walls for sliding shelves, and some more sophisticated models have a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor the temperature and humidity inside the box. [005] The absence of a single solution on the market for curing/maturing various foods, such as cheeses, meats, pasta, fruits and herbs, reveals a significant gap. This demand for multifunctional equipment arises from the need of producers and culinary enthusiasts who seek to optimize space, reduce costs and ensure the quality of their products, and the applicant, seeking to fill this gap, presents the multifunctional mesh box for curing and/or drying various foods, which will be detailed further below. State of the Art Analysis [006] Research conducted in specialized databases revealed documents relating to the multifunctional mesh box for various foods, such as that presented in document no.
