- 2) “MOUNTABLE SYSTEM OF RETRACTABLE, FIXED OR MOVABLE GRILLE FOR SLIDING WINDOWS”, according to claim 1 characterized in that in the mounting version of the frame (9’) with screws (45), the coupling column (29’), the finishing column (35’), the upper crossbar (38’) and the lower crossbar (39’) have the spaces (32’, 36’, 49) of the double rails occupied by a bar (52) for fixing the screws (45).
Description
Introduction [0001] This patent application refers to a novel "MOUNTABLE SYSTEM OF RETRACTABLE, FIXED OR MOVABLE GRILLE FOR SLIDING WINDOWS", formed by profiles, manufactured in aluminum, PPA and other safe materials, interlocking with each other, therefore, easily assembled and disassembled so that, when assembled, they form a longitudinal cavity to receive the retractable grille, fixed when attached to the side jambs, which can be fitted and/or screwed on, of the windows or movable when sliding with the window sashes themselves, in both situations aided by facilitating bushings, not requiring a specialized professional to install it and if the user wants to remove it from the wall there is no need to break masonry. Field of application [0002] The invention is applied in the segment of sliding access frames to environments, in aluminum, iron, PVC, such as windows and doors. Persuasion [0003] Access points, such as windows and doors, require mechanical security provided by protective grilles, whether for property preservation or to safeguard young people or even the elderly. [0004] The placement of grilles on window and door frames can cause some inconveniences, such as on the facades of buildings or housing complexes where external standardization is paramount in order to achieve visual harmony, which is not always feasible, especially when it comes to windows where mechanical protection is a key factor. Grilles in general, regardless of standardization, are distinct elements from the frames, usually having an aggressive appearance. [0005] Window frames with grilles require specialized labor for installation, involving breaking masonry, and users remain tied to a specific color for several years, with the most common option for visual change being repainting or replacing the product. [0006] In this context, new technologies that, in combination with the reduction of the visual aggressiveness of conventional exposed grilles, facilitate the assembly and disassembly of window and door frames, allowing for color changes, are welcome in this segment. State of the art [0007] The current state of the art includes some patent documents concerning devices for protecting window frames, such as document PI 9101729 A entitled “SELF-ADJUSTING WINDOW GRILLE” - consisting of a central part formed by two removable sets of telescopically adjusted tubes or bars, including reinforcing crossbars, end caps and locking mechanism, and these end caps are designed to be locked into boxes or uprights, both fixed to the sides of the window or wall, uprights where the grille itself is fitted, starting with the end cap, whose angular penetration is achieved through the parts that form the hinge, allowing this part of the grille to be in its final direction and, consequently, the other sliding part is aligned with the upright on the opposite side, where the approximation is obtained thanks to the telescopic effect of the central part; this approximation allows the end cap to penetrate the interior of the upright, resulting in a perfect fit between these two parts. [0008] The above document's grille is of the telescopic and pivoting type. In addition to remaining exposed to the exterior of residences, the telescopic function allows for length adjustment, which facilitates assembly, and locking the lock, which reduces its security level. In turn, the pivoting, which also reduces the security level, facilitates cleaning of the frame. [0009] Document PI 1001774-7 A2 entitled “IMPROVEMENT IN ALUMINUM PROFILES FOR VENETIAN BLINDS ASSEMBLY” - a frame of identical profiles, two horizontal and two vertical, between which the louver is mounted, forming said sheet dimensioned to constitute ventilated closures of different parts, whether movable or fixed, which integrate windows, doors, ventilation frames and/or others; said louver is formed by a set of slats with the same profile, but with different dimensions in height, in which the smallest of them, which has only one "step" in height, is defined as a modulating slat, while other slats with two or more "steps" are simply defined as multiple slats. These are typically Z-shaped and have male and female fittings that allow for overlapping assembly of several units with one or more pitches; however, regardless of the number of profiles used to make up a Venetian blind, its final appearance constitutes a complete closure between the profiles. [0010] The profile of the document above follows the outer contour of a similar one-piece Venetian blind with interlocking joints that allow its assembly and disassembly on the base and top crossbars, also in one piece, however, without the feature of a retractable grille. [0011] Document BR 202012005571 1 U2 entitled “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN PROTECTIVE GRILLE APPLIED TO WINDOW FRAMES” - characterized by the window frame, in the fixed leaf, having the protective grille fitted, fixed by rivets and/or screws, leaving the sliding leaf free for openi
