Description

AREA OF TECHNOLOGY TO WHICH THE INVENTION BELONGS [001] The invention relates to road vehicle control systems that use the reflection or re-emission of electromagnetic waves, such as lidar systems, to prevent or avoid collisions of land vehicles. LEVEL OF TECHNIQUE [002] At the technical level, many technical solutions are known to alert traffic participants to the approach of an oncoming vehicle to prevent collisions, particularly when overtaking in the opposite lane. The most common and current technical solutions in this area are intelligent systems (devices) installed in the vehicle and/or using wireless networks. For example, such technical solutions are described in invention patents RU2715601 of 02.03.2020, RU2756878 of 06.10.2021, in Chinese application CN110053608A of 26.07.2019, in US patent US11615700B2 of 28.03.2023, and in Chinese application CN109910875A of 21.06.2019. [003] The defects of the systems described include the dependence of their operation on the state of the users' (drivers') mobile devices or on the operation of wireless networks. [004] At the art level, a warning system for traffic participants about danger is known, as presented in US patent US10235882B1 of 19.03.2019. Said system includes at least one device (RSE), containing an enclosure designed to be fixed to an element of road infrastructure, motion sensors (101), such as ultrasonic sensors and/or LIDARs, a capture module (101) in the form of video or photo cameras, a data transmission module (104) with external software (130), a processor (105), designed to receive and process data from the components incorporated in the device, as well as other similar devices of the system. The device also includes a connector (108) for communicating with the danger warning module (e.g., in the form of a traffic light). [005] At the art level, a warning system for traffic participants about danger is known, described in international application WO2022144744A1 of 07.07.2022. The warning system includes at least two devices, each of which contains an enclosure designed to be fixed to an element of the road infrastructure, at least one motion sensor (ultrasonic or LIDAR), a processor designed to determine the location of a vulnerable traffic participant and to determine the direction of movement of that vulnerable traffic participant, wherein the processor of each device is configured to send the first independent message to at least one device; wherein the processor is configured to determine which device receives the independent message based on the location and direction of movement of the vulnerable traffic participant, originating from the component devices of the system, a warning module designed to display a visual and/or audible signal, a radio receiver and a radio transmitter, a power supply module. [006] At the technical level, a technical solution is also known, described in China's application CN111223299A of 02.06.2020. The intelligent light pole-based overtaking control system includes a processor, designed to determine the vehicle's position, predict its trajectory, speed, overtaking index based on the speed of the vehicle ahead, the vehicle following, and the average speed of the vehicle ahead, the overtaking distance of the vehicle ahead in the current lane; the calculation of the overtaking safety coefficient based on the speed of the vehicle behind in the overtaking lane, and the remaining overtaking distance of the vehicle ahead in the current lane; the decision-making regarding the prohibition or permission of performing the safe overtaking maneuver. [007] The common disadvantage of the systems described is the dependence on centralized wireless communication networks, through which, via a data transmission module, information about the road situation is sent and, after processing by external software, an order is sent to alert traffic participants about the possible danger of a collision. Centralized wireless communication networks may have unstable operation, caused, for example, by signal suppression by special technical means during military operations or by the unstable operation of switching equipment of mobile phone operators. In addition, low reliability in operation and incorrect information provision to traffic participants may be observed in case of failure of the main processor, which negatively affects traffic safety. [008] The closest analogue to the technical solution in question is the technical solution described in US patent US11370440B2 of June 28, 2022. [009] The system for notifying road users of an idealized overtaking maneuver comprises at least two devices (201, 202, 203) located on either side of the vehicle's movement, each of which contains an enclosure made with the possibility of being fixed to an element of the road infrastructure, including a motion sensor (ultrasonic or lidar), a module for capturing the surrounding environment, a processor (evaluation unit) made with the possibility o
