Description
Technical Field [001] The present invention relates to an order receipt management device, an order receipt management system, an order receipt management method and a program. Fundamentals of the Invention [002] In order to distribute manufactured articles as ordered on a defined distribution date after receiving an order from a consumer, a distribution management device that calculates a production due date, an arrival date and a shipping due date after receiving an article order and transmits instruction data has been conventionally known. [003] As an example of the conventional distribution management device, Patent Literature 1 was known. [004] Patent Literature 1 aims to provide a distribution management device that issues a distribution instruction in order to distribute manufactured articles as ordered, for which an order has been received, on a defined distribution date. Upon receiving the order information for manufactured products as ordered, the distribution management device adds a predetermined number of days to determine a production due date on the date the order information was received to calculate the production due date, and calculates an arrival date by adding a predetermined number of days to it until the distribution date. [005] Additionally, Patent Literature 1 describes a technique in which a shipping due date is calculated by tracking a distribution period from the calculated arrival date, to transmit instruction data that includes information on a production due date and a shipping due date. [006] More specifically, a manufacturer can present the production due date and the shipping due date to distribute the ordered products to a consumer within a uniform distribution period. Therefore, there is an advantage in that the period for storing manufactured products in a factory can be reduced to reduce inventory. Citation List Patent Literature [007] Patent Literature 1: Open Japanese Patent Application 2006-259993 Summary of the Invention Technical Problem [008] However, in Patent Literature 1, inventory management associated with product distribution is a primary objective. Therefore, there is a problem where, for example, when products are distributed in a container or a circulation box, management regarding the collection of the container or circulation box cannot be properly carried out. [009] The inventory management of drugs handled by medical organizations not only requires high expertise and advanced knowledge regarding their handling due to their nature, but also requires the storage and careful distribution of drugs in a special container, depending on the drugs. [0010] In this way, it was desired to develop an order reception management device that can manage not only a distribution schedule for items, but also an appropriate schedule for collecting a container or similar items that will be collected. [0011] The present invention was achieved in view of the problems set forth, and an objective of the present invention is to manage not only a distribution schedule for items, but also a collection schedule for containers that will be collected appropriately and efficiently. Solution to the Problem [0012] In order to solve the problem set forth, an invention according to claim 1 is an order reception management device that transmits user-specific order reception data associated with an item received from a requesting terminal via a network to a distributor's logistics management server that stores the item in a container and distributes the item to the requester, the order reception management device comprising: a calendar screen data generation unit that generates user-specific calendar screen data in which a plurality of date regions are arranged by month; a distribution unit that distributes the user-specific calendar screen data to the requesting terminal; a reception unit that receives the usage date data specified in the user-specific calendar screen data from the requesting terminal; A scheduling calculation unit that calculates distribution date data, which represents a schedule for distributing the item, and collection date data, which represents a schedule for collecting the container after it has been used to distribute the item based on the received usage date data; an order receipt data generation unit that generates order receipt data, which includes distribution date data, usage date data, and collection date data associated with the item, the user identification data of a user who uses the item, and the item's distribution address data; and a transmission unit that transmits the generated order receipt data to the logistics management server. Advantageous Effects of the Invention [0013] According to the present invention, it is possible to manage not only a distribution schedule for items, but also a collection schedule for the containers that will be collected appropriately and efficiently.
