USE OF ASPARTIC ACID DERIVATIVE IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVE. The use of an aspartic acid derivative with a structure represented by formula (I), or a racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate or feed-acceptable salt thereof, in the preparation of an animal feed additive that significantly improves the production performance of animal crops, formula (I), is disclosed, wherein Y and X are independently selected from a C1-C20 alkyl or -H; R1 is R1aC(=O) or H; R2 is R2aC(=O); and R1a and R2a are independently selected from (A)(B)N-(CH2) 0-5-, and A and B are independently selected from a C1-C20 alkyl or H.

Claims (8)

  1. 1) “ASPARTIC ACID DERIVATIVE IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVE”, characterized by comprising an aspartic acid derivative with a structure represented by the following general formula, or an acceptable feed salt thereof, in the preparation of an animal feed additive: wherein R1 is -H; R2 is NH2C(=O)- or NH2CH2C(=O); Y and X are independently selected from C1-C20 alkyl or -H; the aspartic acid derivative is N-carbamoyl-DL-aspartic acid, diethyl N-carbamoyl-DL-aspartate, N-glycyl-DL-aspartic acid, N-(4-aminobutyryl)-DL-aspartic acid, N-(10-aminodecanoyl)-DL-aspartic acid or N-(14-aminomyristoyl)-DL-aspartic acid; the farmed animal is at least one selected from the group consisting of livestock, poultry and aquaculture animals.
  2. 2) “ASPARTIC ACID DERIVATIVE IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVE”, according to claim 1, characterized in that the acceptable feed salt of the aspartic acid derivative is a metal ion salt.
  3. 3) “ASPARTIC ACID DERIVATIVE IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ANIMAL FEED ADDITIVE”, according to claim 2, characterized in that the metal ion salt is a sodium ion salt, a zinc ion salt, a copper ion salt, an iron ion salt or a calcium ion salt.
  4. 4) “FEED COMPOSITION”, according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising a feed composition and an auxiliary material usable in feed.
  5. 5) “FEED COMPOSITION”, according to claim 4, characterized by comprising a feed composition, wherein the feed composition further comprises an animal feed additive, the additional additive being selected from among a nutritional additive, a non-nutritional additive or a medicinal additive.
  6. 6) “FEED COMPOSITION”, according to claim 4, characterized in that the feed composition also includes raw materials for animal feed.
  7. 7) “FEED COMPOSITION”, according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized by being used in the preparation of feed additives for animals.
  8. 8) “FEED COMPOSITION”, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the animals being selected from the group consisting of swine, laying hens, broilers and grass carp.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD 001 The present invention relates to the field of feed additives for animals and, in particular, relates to the use of an aspartic acid derivative in the preparation of an animal feed additive, a feed composition containing an aspartic acid derivative and its use in the preparation of feed additives for animals. BACKGROUND 002 N-carbamoyl aspartic acid is an endogenous product in animals. It is unstable in vitro when exposed to acid and can be hydantoinated to form a cyclic urea substance. It can be used as an intermediate for the preparation of orotic acid in the field of fine chemistry. N-carbamoyl aspartic acid is one of the ingredients in cosmetics, which has the effect of brightening and nourishing the skin. It can also function as an absorption carrier in the preparation of dipeptide drugs to promote the absorption of dipeptide drugs. SUMMARY 003 The present invention provides the use of N-carbamoyl aspartic acid and its derivative (both of which are collectively referred to as aspartic acid derivatives hereafter), or a racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate and its feed-acceptable salt, in the preparation of an animal feed additive. The present invention further provides a feed composition containing the aspartic acid derivative or the racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate and its feed-acceptable salt, and the use of the composition in the preparation of animal feed additives and animal feed. 004 In one aspect, the present invention provides an aspartic acid derivative with a structure represented by formula (I), 005 In some technical solutions, R1 is R1aC(=O)- or -H, and R2 is R2aC(=O)-; R1a and R2a are (A)(B)N-(CH2) 0-5- independently; A and B are independently selected from a C1-C20 alkyl or -H; and Y and X are independently selected from a C1-C20 alkyl or -H. 006 In some technical solutions, R1 in the aspartic acid derivative is -H. 007 In some technical solutions, A and B in the aspartic acid derivative are -H at the same time. 008 In some technical solutions, Y and X in the aspartic acid derivative are -H. 009 In some technical solutions, Y and X in the aspartic acid derivative are independently selected from a C1-C20 alkyl or -H group, and are not -H at the same time. 010 In some technical solutions, Y and X in the aspartic acid derivative are independently selected from a C1-C4 alkyl or -H group, and are not -H at the same time. 011 In some technical solutions, the acceptable salt for feeding the aspartic acid derivative is a metal ion salt. 012 In some technical solutions, the acceptable feed salt of the aspartic acid derivative is preferably a sodium ion salt, a zinc ion salt, a copper ion salt, an iron ion salt, or a calcium ion salt. 013 In another aspect, the present invention further provides the use of the aspartic acid derivative or racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate and its feed-acceptable salt provided in the present invention in the preparation of feed additives and animal feed. 014 In another aspect, the present invention provides a feed composition containing at least one of the aspartic acid derivative or racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate and its feed-acceptable salt provided in the present invention, and at least one usable feed-aid auxiliary material. 015 The auxiliary material usable for feeding is a carrier, a diluent, an excipient, a medium or a combination thereof that can be used for feeding. 016 In some technical solutions, the feed composition also contains raw materials for animal feed. 017 In some technical solutions, the feed composition also contains an additional additive for animal feed. 018 In some technical solutions, the feed composition also contains raw materials for animal feed and an additional additive for animal feed. 019 In some technical solutions, the additional animal feed additive may be selected from a nutritional feed additive and/or a general feed additive and/or a medicinal feed additive. 020 In another aspect, the present invention provides the use of feed composition in the preparation of feed additives for animals. 021 In another aspect, the present invention provides for the use of food composition in the preparation of animal feed. 022 In another aspect, the present invention also provides a method for improving the production performance of a farm animal. 023 The present invention has the following beneficial effects. 024 The results of animal breeding experiments show that the aspartic acid derivative or racemate, stereoisomer, geometric isomer, tautomer, solvate and its feed-acceptable salt provided in the present invention can be used as an animal feed additive and has a good effect in improving the production performance of a farmed animal. 025 Any embodiment of any aspect of the present invention may be combined with other embodiments, provided there is no contradiction between them.
