Description
Description [0001] The invention relates to a device for cleaning fiber material of foreign materials, as well as to a textile machine equipped with such a device, for example, in the form of a cleaner. [0002] Cleaning devices of this type are quite well known. They comprise beater cylinders or opening cylinders, which rotate in a chamber that is essentially completely closed. In this case, a grid with several grid bars forms part of the chamber's delimitation. By virtue of the shape and rotation of the respective opening cylinder, blows are given to the incoming material (fiber material with foreign material). This leads, on the one hand, to a fluffing of the incoming fiber material (fiber flakes). On the other hand, the resulting centrifugal force transmitted or acting on the material leads to the fact that the material that has just been fluffed is thrown against the grid bars, through whose gaps heavy (foreign) materials are ejected from the chamber. In this case, the grid bars have an edge. In order to influence the cleaning achievable with them, it is possible to change the grid bars in their rotation position, so that especially the angle of incidence of the bar edges and also the gap between individual pairs of directly adjacent grid bars can be changed in relation to each other. [0003] European patent document EP 0 381 859 A1 discloses a mechanism for adjusting the distance between grid bars and the opening cylinder by altering their angle of incidence. In this case, several adjustment devices, independently actuated, can be used as adjustment sections to adjust several groups of grid bars together and identical to each other. A disadvantage is the resulting construction and/or control technology expense. Another disadvantage is that within the respective group, the grid bars are adjusted identically to each other, consequently making degrees of freedom and adaptations to the respective grid position impossible. Aside from this, this possibility offers only a limited number of grid bar groups that can be adjusted differently, only in terms of space. The grid bars cannot be adjusted separately. [0004] Universal patent document WO 2006/105681 A1 discloses a mechanism for the simultaneous and identical adjustment of several grid bars by means of rotation, linked with the same disadvantages. [0005] The purpose of the invention is to combat the aforementioned disadvantages. [0006] This objective is resolved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous improvements are indicated in the subordinate claims. [0007] According to the invention, a device is provided in or within a textile machine, which has at least one opening cylinder and, for each opening cylinder, a grid with individual grid bars. The grid bars of each grid are essentially arranged parallel and in pairs at predetermined distances and/or angular positions relative to each other. In addition, the device has an adjustment section. The adjustment section is configured to adjust, during actuation, at least a portion of the individual grid bars, at least of one grid, such that their distances or angular positions relative to each other are changed together in different segments. Each segment comprises a respective portion of the grid bars adjustable by means of the adjustment section. This makes it possible to adjust each grid bar of a segment differently in relation to the other grid bars of the same segment by means of a single adjustment section. This allows the grid bars of the respective segment to be adjusted to their respective position in the segment and therefore in the grid (with a grid formed by means of the grid bars), and this without additional elements such as another adjustment section. Degrees of freedom are increased while expenditure and costs remain low. [0008] Preferably, at least some adjustable grid bars of at least one segment are arranged stationary relative to the rest of the textile machine, and can rotate freely along their respective longitudinal extension respectively at both ends at two corresponding articulation points of the textile machine. Therefore, they can be rotated around their longitudinal axis. In this case, during rotation these grid bars are configured to change their distance or their angular position to at least one directly adjacent grid bar. According to the invention, the adjustment by means of the adjustment section is configured to rotate some adjustable grid bars. This is a particularly simple and economical possibility of adjusting the grid bars differently from each other. Last but not least, an already existing grid bar arrangement can also be adapted by simply placing the grid bars to be adjusted with their engagement protrusions with an adjustment section according to the invention. [0009] Preferably, adjustable grid bars have an engagement section at one end. The adjustment is made insofar as the adjustment section has an adjustment element containing a corresponding enga
