Claims (1)

  1. 1) “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO FACADE CLADDING” belonging to the field of civil construction, existing profile adapted for the function (A), which in turn is precisely adjusted and fixed by means of its front channel (B) to the face of the channel-type profile (C) which is fastened by its two tabs (D) to the anchoring angles with positioning hole (E) that are fixed to the wall (P) to be clad, thus creating a distance from the face of the wall (F), characterized by comprising in front of the channel-type profile (C) are fixed the support hooks (S) for the porcelain pieces (V) which contain in the back, angled strips embedded (R) constituting a protrusion for support.

Description

(001) This utility model patent application relates to a constructive arrangement for facade cladding belonging to the field of civil construction, which uses various materials to clad facades that aim to resist weathering, providing ventilation by the spacing of the cladding from the building wall, as well as avoiding errors, increasing safety, providing speed in installation, avoiding waste and enabling the use of porcelain tiles. (002) As is known from the state of the art in the civil construction sector, there are known solutions for ventilated facades which consist of using glass as cladding, which is fixed to a profiled aluminum structure, keeping the glass away from the wall. With this, such spacing of the glass as cladding allows air circulation with air entering and exiting, providing adequate climate control of the environment behind the wall that is clad by the facade. (003) When evaluating this solution presented so far as the state of the art, it presents drawbacks due to a series of factors, among them, the difficulty of precise installation and the limited number of profiles available for this purpose that would allow for easy manufacturing and installation. (004) The applicant, aiming to develop a new configuration of ventilated facade cladding for porcelain tiles, developed a new constructive arrangement using an existing profile adapted for the function (A), which in turn is precisely adjusted and fixed by means of its front channel (B) to the face of the channel-type profile (C) which is fastened by its two tabs (D) to the anchoring angles with positioning hole (E) that are fixed to the wall (P) to be clad, thus creating a distance from the face of the wall (F), and in front of the channel-type profile (C) are fixed the support hooks (S) for the porcelain tiles (V) which contain on the back, angled strips embedded (R) constituting a protrusion for support. (005) To complement the present description in order to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the present claim, a set of drawings is attached to this description, where the following is represented in an exemplary, though not limiting, manner. (006) With reference to the illustrated drawings, the present utility model application refers to a new “CONSTRUCTION ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO FACADE CLADDING”, the subject of this patent, in which: Fig. 1 shows a detail of the facade system in top view; Fig. 2 shows the system in top view on a facade; Fig. 3 shows a detail of the system in side views on a facade; Fig. 4 shows the system in side view on a facade; Fig. 5 shows a detail of the facade system in front view; Fig. 6 shows the system in front view on a facade. (007) In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures above, the model of “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO FACADE CLADDING”, comprises an existing profile adapted for the function(A), which in turn is precisely adjusted and fixed by means of its front channel(B) to the face of the channel-type profile(C) which is fastened by its two tabs(D) to the anchoring angles with positioning hole(E) that are fixed to the wall(P) to be clad, thus creating a distance from the face of the wall(F), and in front of the channel-type profile(C) are fixed the support hooks(S) for the porcelain pieces(V) which contain on the back, angled strips embedded(R) constituting a protrusion for support.
