Description

FIELD OF APPLICATION [001] This innovation relates to an object within the field of kitchen utensils, specifically utensils used by children for consuming beverages. More specifically, this innovation relates to a playful mug decorated with figures printed on rotating surfaces that allow for the creation of various combinations and new figures, thus creating an interactive device for the mug, and therefore having great appeal for children. DESCRIPTION OF THE STATE OF THE ART [002] Despite the importance of nutrition for the proper development of babies during the food introduction phase and children, this moment can become a nightmare for caregivers, as they face everything from children's bewilderment due to the new practice, in the case of food introduction, to tantrums and food refusals, which can generate stress and trauma for both parties. [003] One way to establish a positive relationship with food and make mealtimes more appealing is to make the moment fun through table decoration: whether by drawing designs with the food on the plate, or by using eye-catching kitchen utensils suitable for children's meals. Thus, colorful or themed and playful plates, cutlery, and glasses that encourage imagination and promote fun can turn an important moment into a more enjoyable and lighthearted experience. [004] The search for state-of-the-art documents related to kitchen utensils, specifically, playful utensils for consuming beverages, revealed document US6352168, entitled “ROTATION CUP”, which discloses a cup equipped with a base, a first sleeve rotatably mounted on the base, a second sleeve rotatably mounted inside the first sleeve, the second sleeve having a smaller diameter than the first, making the two interlocking and able to rotate relative to each other. When assembled, the sleeves are fitted onto a base which, in turn, receives a cup. Both sleeves are made of transparent material, which allows the rotation to form different images on the surface of the cup. [005] Document US5525383, entitled “CONTAINER FOR DISPLAYING TRANSITORY MOVING IMAGES”, discloses a container, such as a cup, bottle or beverage can, having a vertical tubular or circular wall, where a rotating tubular sleeve, formed of transparent or translucent plastic, is mounted. Additional markings are applied to the adjacent walls of the container and the sleeve, so that when the sleeve is rotated around the central axis of the container, moving or transient images are produced, like a screen that attracts the user's attention and generates interest and entertainment. [006] Finally, document WO2019118323, entitled “INTERACTIVE CHILDREN’S CUP,” discloses an interactive container that includes an inner wall and an outer wall, with the inner wall in direct contact with the container’s contents. Between the inner and outer walls, there is a space that houses the container’s interactive feature, which can be moved, causing a change between at least two drawings or objects. The container’s interactive feature rotates around the container’s vertical central axis and causes at least one of the two drawings to move relative to the other. [007] Thus, it is clear that the state of the art fails to reveal and teach the innovation proposed here, which would benefit from the introduction of a household utensil, specifically, a playful and interactive utensil for consuming beverages, which can make mealtimes more attractive and enjoyable for children.
