Description
Scope of Application of the Utility Model [01] In general, the present utility model belongs to the technological sector of equipment and devices for dosing granulated products, and refers more specifically to an improvement in a doser with precise and uniform weighing of granulated products to enable the mixing of products in proportions predefined by the operator, providing efficient flow, reduction of the doser height, thanks to the insertion of a built-in electric gate with precision actuation of 1/800 inch. Background of the Utility Model [02] Currently, known dosing systems promote the measurement of granules through their volume, so that when the defined parameter is reached, the feeder is closed. [03] However, the volume of the granules is dependent on the density of their grains and, therefore, if the density varies, the weight of the grains changes, without the volume changing, thus making it impossible to mix the said grains. [04] Therefore, the quality of grain mixing is compromised by currently available technologies, leading to various losses due to incorrect mixtures. [05] In a search carried out in the state of the art we identified several granulated product dosers, where we can highlight document MU8901130-9, from the same holder, which describes a granulated product doser in general equipped with a casing that has a product inlet nozzle and a product outlet nozzle; and, internally, the casing is equipped with a main support structure for the components with a gate for product flow control with a limiting stop, motor shaft, alignment ramp, support for calibration weight, weighing deflector ramp, load cell limiting stop, load cell limiting screw and load cell. [06] Thus, the present inventor, seeking to improve and enhance the product, developed a dispenser with a reduction in size, with an improved flow system and a built-in electric gate with precision actuation with an adjustment of 1/800 inch. [07] In this way, it is clear that there is a technological gap with regard to dispensers with precise and uniform weighing of granules for packaging the desired quantity, thanks to the insertion of a built-in electric gate with a precision actuation of 1/800 inch. Utility Model Summary [08] The objective of the present utility model is to characterize a granulated product doser, which seeks to perform dosing through the weight of the products and not through the volume, guaranteeing high precision and consistency in dosing, regardless of variations in product density, with more uniform weighing and greater sensitivity. [09] Its advantages are evident, and the main ones, among many others, are: improved drainage, reduced height, resulting in less material in manufacturing and better installation possibilities, in addition to having a built-in electric gate with precision operation. [010] Thus, the present utility model aims to propose an improvement in a doser with precise and uniform weighing of granulated products to enable the mixing of products in proportions predefined by the operator, providing efficient flow, reduction of doser height, thanks to the insertion of a built-in electric gate with precision actuation of 1/800 inch. Description of the Drawings [011] In order for the present constructive arrangement to be fully understood and put into practice by any technician in this technological sector, it will be described in a clear, concise and sufficient manner, based on the attached drawings listed below: [012] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the dispenser. [013] Figure 2 shows a bottom perspective view of the dispenser. [014] Figure 3 shows the front view of the dispenser. [015] Figure 4 shows a cutaway perspective view of the dispenser. [016] Figure 5 shows a side view in section of the dispenser. [017] Figure 6 represents an exploded view of the dispenser. Detailed Description of the Utility Model [018] The dispenser (fig.1) now disclosed is composed of a control panel (3) structure (1), having an inlet nozzle (2) with a gate (14) at the top and an outlet nozzle (12) at the bottom, the said structure (1) may also have carrying handles (4) and the structure (1) is fixed by means of fastening elements, preferably of the screw, nut and washer type. [019] The structure (1) is internally equipped with a diverter ramp (11) with load cell (6), inductive sensor (5), roller bearings (13), carrying handles (4), motor (7), spindle coupling (9), spindle (15), calibration weight (16), calibration support (8), gate (14), and protective screen (10). [020] The operation of the doser (fig.1) occurs through the natural fall (by gravity) of the grains from a silo or drop chute (not shown) onto the nozzle (2), being directed through the diverter ramp (11) fixed to the load cell (6), through the built-in electrical gate (14) with actuator of minimum precision of 1/800 inch. [021] The gate (14) driven by a stepper motor (7) and controlled by an electronic controller (not shown) controls the flow of the
