Description

FIELD OF APPLICATION 001 This descriptive report refers to a Utility Model Patent application for a new packaging, belonging to the technical sector of floriculture utensils, which is extremely practical and efficient, meeting the conditions to become worthy of the protection now sought. 002 The constructive arrangement introduced in packaging for the transport of flowers, through improvements and the technology employed, aims to develop a new arrangement in mountable packaging for the storage and transport of ornamental flowers, made from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard, and which internally receives a support base with a hole, keeping the flowers correctly accommodated, bringing numerous advantages, the main one being to carry out all the logistics of sending and transporting the flowers with total safety and efficiency, guaranteeing that the product arrives at its destination intact with the same quality as it was sent, dealing with an evolutionary solution, standing out in the consumer market for presenting a differentiated product in relation to its construction and use, which is quite safe and functional. STATE OF THE ART 003 With the sole and exclusive purpose of providing veracity to the preamble of this description, the applicant will now provide, in the following paragraphs, a brief, yet consistent, explanation of the state of the art regarding the problems and inconveniences existing in the shipment and transport of flowers, where it will be possible for a person skilled in the art to recognize its shortcomings, in order to later clearly identify in the invention now claimed the requirement of novelty, mandatory under the Industrial Property Law. 004 When we see beautiful flowers on a store shelf, in a flower shop, or even in a garden, it's possible to imagine the logistics involved in delivering these plants and flowers undamaged to the consumer, maintaining the same quality they had when they began their journey in the field. 005 For ornamental plant producers, transporting flowers is also a major challenge, since product quality is directly related to customer satisfaction. And every entrepreneur with a flower business who seeks better results in product transportation should also consider the packaging chosen for this stage. 006 One of the biggest challenges for flower producers is the logistics of these products. The handling, transport, and storage of flowers often require processes aimed at ensuring product quality throughout the journey, due to the sensitivity of these plants when exposed to the conditions of the journey. 007 We can list many examples of conditions, such as exposure to light, temperature, and of course, the common risks frequently present in the handling, storage, and transportation of plants and flowers, such as impacts and falls. All of these factors can influence the quality of the product during logistics. 008 In the flower industry, it's also necessary to respect the unique characteristics of each species, seeking to enhance the positive aspects and beauty of each one. The tip is to invest in appropriate packaging and boxes so that each flower arrives intact and perfect at the consumer's home. Furthermore, sharing care and preservation tips with the public extends their lifespan and, as a bonus, strengthens the relationship with the consumer. 009 However, because it is a delicate and perishable product, it is necessary to take certain precautions and invest in strategies to offer a good customer experience and ensure customer loyalty. Each shipment is different, so it is essential to understand this process to handle deliveries in a personalized way, ensuring that the product arrives in impeccable condition in the hands of customers. 010 However, to achieve this, a careful look at this scenario is necessary, mapping the existing risks and acting to define actions to combat them. One possible action is to seek out packaging and/or materials that can contribute to achieving positive results, or rather, the ideal packaging. 011 The state of the art reveals Brazilian patent PI8805198-6, published on 05/23/1989, entitled PACKAGING FOR FLOWERS, which discloses a crate (1) in a box (2) to be placed on the crate with the base (3) on top. The base (3) of the box is removable or has hinges. This packaging is suitable for packaging dry or wet flowers arranged upright. In the case of packaging with water, the packaging must not leak. With the easy removal or displacement of the box base with the help of the hinges, the packaged flowers can be handled from the top and the base can be replaced in the closed position without any problem. Removing the box, the tightly packaged flowers will open like a fan, so that their transfer to a bucket is not necessary. The object presented in this patent is completely different from that proposed in this application. 012 Thinking about developing a new technique for shipping his products, in this case flowers, the inventor, a person con
