Abstract

The present constructive arrangement belongs to the furniture technology sector and refers, more specifically, to a new constructive arrangement applied in sofa fittings that consists of hooks fixed to the backrest of sofas and which, because they are fixed to different structures and have opposite directions, allow the fitting and locking of the sofa structures, dispensing with the use of rivets, screws or any other additional means of fastening. The sofa (1) must have a backrest structure (A) and a seat structure (B). It is observed that the backrest structure (A) has an upper backrest region (7A), an upper bar (3A) with a hook (4A) facing upwards, a lower backrest region (7B) equipped with a passage hole (7B.1) and a lower bar (2B). The seat structure (B) has a seat (5) and is composed of an upper backrest region (6A), an upper bar (2A), a lower backrest region (6B) equipped with a passage hole (6B.1) and a lower bar (3B) with a hook (4B) facing downwards.

Description

Technology sector of the Utility Model [01] In general, the present constructive arrangement belongs to the furniture technology sector and refers, more specifically, to a new constructive arrangement applied in sofa fittings that consists of hooks fixed to the backrest of sofas and which, because they are fixed to different structures and have opposite directions, allow the fitting and locking of the sofa structures without the use of rivets, screws or any other additional means of fastening. [02] It is noteworthy that the resistance provided by the hooks to the structures opposes the weight force generated by the user during the use of the sofa, thus providing even greater safety to the furniture. Known state of the art [03] The furniture industry currently lacks sofas that do not require the use of rivets or screws, since most sofas have permanent fixings or, at the very least, are difficult to remove. [04] Traditional sofas have a number of drawbacks ranging from transport and assembly at the final destination to the possibility of cleaning and maintaining the furniture. [05] Some examples can be observed as representatives of the current state of the art, as in the case of document no. BR102019018445-0 “MODULAR SOFA STRUCTURE WITH CONNECTOR FITTING” which reveals a modular sofa structure with connector fitting composed of two modular structures, seat structure with elastic webbing and compression coil springs in “s” shape, arms that also serve as backrest, which are connected by means of metal connectors in “u” shape. [06] The aforementioned structure is fixed in a designated location between the modules, with the base for feet fitting by means of screws with a wooden finish, being a sofa structure that allows variety in modulation, and can be used for one, two or more seats. [07] Note that the aforementioned prior art, although it provides a means of fixing the furniture structure using U-shaped connectors, still depends on screws and rivets for fastening. Furthermore, it does not have opposing hooks that fix the structure in a way that opposes the forces of use of the furniture. [08] There is also document MU8203079-0 “CONSTRUCTIVE DESIGN APPLIED TO JOINT FITTING, BACKREST AND SEAT OF SOFA STRUCTURE” which reveals a structural form of “male” wooden beams applied and fixed to the side structure of the seat to act together with two vertical beams located at the ends, joined by a slightly convex horizontal crossbar, on the face, serving as a guide for fitting the “male” plate through the recess and towards the seat frame, joining it to the backrest. [09] This earlier design, similarly to the last one, still relies on screws and rivets for fastening. Furthermore, it does not have counter-hooks that secure the structure against the forces of use of the furniture. [010] Thus, given all the drawbacks of the systems and equipment currently used, described above in the state of the art, it is clear that there is a gap in the creation of a sofa fitting that consists of hooks fixed to different structures positioned in opposite directions, in order to allow the fitting and locking of the sofa structures without the use of rivets, screws or any other additional fastening means. New features and objectives of the invention [011] The present arrangement is directly associated with the ease of fitting together, between the sofa structures, which the supports described herein promote, in addition to the locking they provide after fitting, ensuring that the product can be shipped disassembled to the consumer, optimizing the packaging volume, and guaranteeing the necessary resistance to withstand all the stresses inherent in the use of the product, after its final assembly. [012] It is noteworthy that, because they are fixed to different structures and have opposite directions of positioning in relation to said structures, the hooks now revealed allow the structures to be fitted and locked without the need to use rivets or screws, in addition to being positioned in opposite directions, in order to allow the sofa structures to be fitted and locked, dispensing with the use of rivets, screws or any other additional means of fastening. [013] With the aim of remedying the shortcomings of the current state of the art highlighted above, the present invention patent aims to propose a new constructive arrangement applied to sofa fittings that consists of hooks fixed to the backrest of sofas and which, by being fixed to different structures and having opposite directions, allow the fitting and locking of the sofa structures. Description of the attached drawings [014] In order that the present invention may be fully understood and put into practice by any technician in this technological sector, it will be described in a clear, concise and sufficient manner, based on the attached drawings, which illustrate and support it, listed below: [015] Figure 1 represents a cutaway perspective of the furniture structure before assembly, hi
