Description

[01] This utility model patent refers to constructive arrangements introduced in a hook applied in the manufacturing process with the purpose of, from the processing of raw material, using precision CNC machines for the manufacture of all components, with the objective of improving and increasing the useful life of the hooks and which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material, high durability and without the need for casting. [02] As is known to those in the technical field involved in the manufacture and processing of hooks, equipment is currently manufactured with carbon steel and other similar materials, but these materials used in manufacturing have disadvantages, limitations and drawbacks, as they have lower mechanical resistance, high maintenance costs, metals with poor finishes that end up generating an accumulation of bacteria and corrosive substances, manufactured by casting and requiring excessive heat treatments to reach the necessary hardening point for use in load handling. [03] “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENTS INTRODUCED IN HOOK”, the subject of this patent, was developed to solve the technical problems, as well as the disadvantages, limitations and inconveniences of the solutions currently presented, since as a hook is an item of extreme safety in lifting loads, it was necessary to develop an improvement with the aim of increasing the service life and an innovative construction was achieved that brings as advantages high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material and high durability that provide longer working time without the need for maintenance and facilitated manufacturing with the use of CNC machine without the need for casting and excessive heat treatments. [04] Technical problems presented by current solutions and how they were solved by the present invention patent: [05] A) Currently there are few options for national suppliers, and the material used in manufacturing is carbon steel, causing excessive wear and requiring rapid replacement. This patent solves the problem through national manufacturing with realistic delivery times and certified manufacturing material, resulting in a long service life for the most aggressive environments. [06] B) Excessive wear when using the hook to lift loads in locations with high concentrations of waste and aggressive environments (treatment plants, water, sewage, etc.). Solved by this patent through the use of certified manufacturing material that has high corrosion resistance and high durability. [07] C) Reduced hook uptime due to wear and tear, increasing operating costs. Solved by this patent through the use of certified manufacturing material that has high corrosion resistance and high durability. [08] D) Need for casting of the material for manufacturing the hook. Solved by the present patent through the use of CNC for manufacturing the hook, due to the material used. [09] For a better understanding of the invention, two figures representing the hook of the present patent are attached: [010] FIGURE 1., which shows the front perspective view of the hook of the present patent. [011] FIGURE 2., which shows the right side view of the hook of the present patent. [012] According to the present invention, it consists of an eyelet or shank type hook with a body, load lifting entry and support, with constructive arrangements introduced in the manufacturing by CNC in stainless steel material.
