Description
[01] This utility model patent refers to constructive arrangements introduced in manual or electric hoists applied in the manufacturing process with the purpose of, from the processing of raw material, using precision CNC machines for the manufacture of all components, with the objective of improving and increasing the service life of hoists which have the advantages of high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material and high durability. [02] As is known to those in the technical field involved in the manufacture and processing of hoists, equipment is currently manufactured with carbon steel and other similar materials, but these materials used in manufacturing have disadvantages, limitations and drawbacks, as they have lower mechanical resistance, high maintenance costs, and metals with poor finishes that end up generating an accumulation of bacteria and corrosive substances. [03] “CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS INTRODUCED IN A HOIST”, the subject of this patent, was developed to solve the technical problems, as well as the disadvantages, limitations and inconveniences of the solutions currently presented, because with the aim of improving and increasing the service life of hoists, an innovative construction was achieved that offers the advantages of high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material and high durability, which provide longer working time without the need for maintenance. [04] Technical problems presented by current solutions and how they were solved by the present invention patent: [05] A) Currently there are few options for national suppliers, and the material used in manufacturing is carbon steel, causing excessive wear and requiring rapid replacement. This patent solves the problem through national manufacturing with realistic delivery times and certified manufacturing material, resulting in a long service life for the most aggressive environments. [06] B) Excessive wear and tear when using equipment in locations with high concentrations of waste and aggressive environments (treatment plants, water, sewage, etc.). Solved by this patent through the use of certified manufacturing material that has high corrosion resistance and high durability. [07] C) Need for intervention to lubricate the hoist. Solved by the present patent through the coupled lubrication module. [08] For a better understanding of the present invention, we have attached the following figures: [09] FIGURE 1., which shows a perspective view of the present patent's cutting mechanism. [010] FIGURE 2., which shows the front perspective view of the gear system of the present patent. [011] FIGURE 3., which shows the exploded view of the gear system of the present patent. [012] According to the aforementioned figures, the hoist of the present patent consists of a hoist guard covering the entire set of components, worm gear bearing, central bearing, motor bearing, pulley cover washers, chain gear system (1) with upper (1-A), lower (1-B) and central (1-C) guides, pulley system with chain tensioner, bearings, seals, level indicator, screws and nuts for fixing the assembly and lubrication module (2) with automatic lubrication metering via a valve dimensioned during manufacturing, all components being made of stainless steel. [013] The lubrication module (2) is manufactured with seals that define the dripping for lubrication, increasing or decreasing the time of each drop, eliminating the need for an electronic or electrical mechanism.
