Description

[01] This utility model patent refers to constructive arrangements introduced in a trolley applied in the manufacturing process with the purpose of, from the processing of raw material, using precision CNC machines for the manufacture of all components, with the objective of improving and increasing the service life of the trolley which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material and high durability. [02] As is known to those in the technical field involved in the manufacture and processing of mechanical equipment, equipment is currently manufactured using carbon steel and similar materials. However, these materials used in manufacturing have disadvantages, limitations, and drawbacks, as they have lower mechanical strength, high maintenance costs, and poor-quality metal finishes that end up generating an accumulation of bacteria and corrosive substances. [03] “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENTS INTRODUCED IN TROLLEY”, the subject of this patent, was developed to solve the technical problems, as well as the disadvantages, limitations and inconveniences of the solutions currently presented, since with the aim of improving and increasing the service life of the trolley an innovative construction was achieved that brings as advantages high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high quality of finish, low maintenance cost, one hundred percent recyclable material and high durability that provide more working time without the need for maintenance. [04] Technical problems presented by current solutions and how they were solved by the present invention patent: [05] A) Currently there are few options for national suppliers, and the material used in manufacturing is carbon steel, causing excessive wear and requiring rapid replacement. This patent solves the problem through national manufacturing with realistic delivery times and certified manufacturing material, resulting in a long service life for the most aggressive environments. [06] B) Excessive wear and tear when using equipment in locations with high concentrations of waste and aggressive environments (treatment plants, water, sewage, etc.). Solved by this patent through the use of certified manufacturing material that has high corrosion resistance and high durability. [07] C) Need for wheel adaptation depending on the type of beam to be used. Solved by the present patent through the manufacture of wheels in mixed mode that serve both beams with straight or inclined flanges, making possible a wide range of beam adjustment. [08] For a better understanding of the present invention, we have attached the following figures: [09] FIGURE 1., which shows a perspective view of the trolley in detail of the present patent. [010] FIGURE 2., which shows the front view of the trolley of the present patent. [011] FIGURE 3., which shows the top view of the trolley of the present patent. [012] According to the aforementioned figures, the trolley of the present patent consists of a trolley mounting structure (1) composed of two identical parts in the shape of an irregular hexagon, a stepped cylindrical shaft (2) that connects the two parts of the structure (1), a specially shaped stepped mixed wheel assembly (3) with a rigid ball bearing (5) or similar, an elastic ring (6) with an opening at the bottom and a ring (7) with a protrusion at the top, a flat washer (8) pressed by a self-locking hexagonal nut (9), with constructive arrangements introduced in the manufacture of the components in stainless steel.
