Description

FIELD OF APPLICATION [001] The present utility model relates to packaging for products. Said packaging is composed of two elements, a perimeter wall (contour) and a sheet or roll that performs the "wrap around". BACKGROUND [002] To protect and transport products, many industries use cardboard-based packaging, due to its ease of handling and good price-resistance ratio. [003] A commonly used method to increase the strength of packaging consists of incorporating a perimeter wall, which is inserted inside the packaging/box, enclosing the products contained within. [004] Another known solution is the use of wrap-around boxes, which is based on a type of industrial packaging for self-sustaining products, in which the packaging adopts the shape of the product by folding over it, which unitizes and protects the products, safeguarding their integrity. [005] The use of robust open boxes or trays or combinations of a bottom with a lid that covers the bottom to give strength to the packaging was also implemented. [006] Document No. US20230096669 describes a packaging box for fruits, berries and vegetables, wherein the packaging box comprises: at least four walls comprising at least one front wall, two opposite side walls, a back wall, a bottom and a lid, wherein a first side of the lid is connected to an upper end of one of the back walls and the front wall; and a second side of the lid, opposite the first side, adapted to connect to an exterior of a receiving side wall, the receiving side wall being other than the back wall and the front wall, wherein the height of the back wall is substantially equal to or greater than the average height of the fruits, berries or vegetables to be contained, the front wall being disposed opposite the back wall and having a front wall height that is less than the average height of the fruits, berries or vegetables to be contained, in such a way that, when the lid is closed, the available space for the contained fruits, berries or vegetables can be restricted by closing and securing the lid over and to an exterior of the front wall. [007] Document No. CN215555900 describes a fruit packaging box which is made entirely of cardboard, comprising a bottom plate, a front side plate, a rear side plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a front cover plate and a rear cover plate, the front and rear sides of the front side plate and the rear side plate being connected with a vertical insert plate, the left and right side plates being provided with a plurality of bushings which connect to the corresponding socket plates, each of the plates being provided with a plurality of bushings which connect to the corresponding socket plates (8). [008] The solution described in document no. US2713452 refers to a wraparound type folding box for visual packaging of contents, wherein the box comprises a series of wraparound wall panels and a folding panel hinged along corner fold lines of the box in an end-to-end relationship; flange panels articulated on opposite side edges of each of these wall panels and of said flange panel, these flange panels being articulated to each other along reinforcing folds in an end-to-end relationship, each reinforcing fold comprising two fold lines extending from the end of a corner fold line through the flange panel material, including some of the reinforcing folds two fold lines forming angles with the respective corner fold line to which they extend, considering the structure in the condition of a flat blank, the articulated flange panels extending to certain wall panels at an angle with respect to those certain wall panels and forming box-content coupling flanges, the remaining flange panels lying flat against the respective wall panels from which they extend, the flange panels articulated to the bend channel being folded over the same to form a bend flap with at least partially a double thickness, said bend flap being inserted between the outermost wall panel and the flange channels folded over it, the grooves of the flange panels of the panel being the folds are parallel and offset inwards relative to the grooves of the strip panels of the intermediate and inner wall panels, and the flange panel grooves of the outermost wall panel are parallel and offset outwards relative to the flange panel grooves of such intermediate wall panels, the flange panels being folded along their grooves with the grooves broken in an irregular but controlled manner to form a slightly tapered wall structure that is narrower at said fold flap and wider at said outermost wall panel. [009] Thus, the proposed utility model seeks to implement a box or packaging that can incorporate the technical advantages of perimeter wall systems and the wraparound box type system. UTILITY MODEL SUMMARY [010] The present utility model responds to the need to implement packaging or a box for the protection and transport of products, which takes advantage of the benefits of a wrap-around packaging system with
