Description
INTRODUCTION 1. The aforementioned product, whose protection will be claimed in this descriptive report, was developed with the aim of addressing deficiencies, alleviating difficulties, and solving problems previously encountered by users in the sector, more specifically in rural, urban, and sanitation sectors, creating an integrated solution for the transformation of organic waste. 2. This utility model patent application refers to a portable biodigester, whose function is to transform organic waste into biofuel and biofertilizers. Specifically, conventional biodigesters found in the state of the art present significant limitations: they require complex and fixed structures, making portability impossible; they require frequent specialized maintenance; they present a high risk of leakage and contamination due to operating in open systems or with deficient sealing; they generate uncontrolled emissions of odorous gases; and they do not integrate independent pressurization to optimize biogas utilization. FIELD OF APPLICATION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 3. This utility model patent application refers to a portable biodigester, whose function is to transform organic waste into biofuel and biofertilizers through a controlled anaerobic digestion process, applicable in rural, urban and sanitation sectors, meeting the needs for sustainable waste treatment. 4. The aforementioned product stands out primarily for its unique combination of form and design, featuring a simple, practical, and functional structure. It also boasts innovative functional aspects in the configuration of a portable biogas plant, making it an exclusive solution on the market by integrating all its characteristics into a single system. DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS 5. The product in question consists of an ultra-resistant PVC support mesh, upon which rests a layer of UV-protected and waterproof polyethylene, forming the main structure in the shape of an inverted bell, giving the assembly a specific geometry that optimizes the internal biological process. 6. On the side of the product, there are two PVC pipes, the first located on the right side of the product and the second on the left side, both strategically positioned to facilitate the entry and exit of materials in the system. 7. Connected to the first pipe is a collection container positioned at the end, through which the organic waste is continuously introduced into the biodigester, initiating the anaerobic digestion process within the main chamber. 8. Associated with the second pipe, there is a tubular outlet located at the end, through which the biofertilizer resulting from the process is directed, and the system may include a secondary container (2.5) for storing the biofuel/biogas, or an equivalent external storage solution, depending on the implementation. 9. At the top of the product, there is a specific outlet for biogas, through which the gas resulting from anaerobic digestion is captured and directed for storage and later use. 10. The product body features four support wires (4), two on each pipe, connecting the pipes to the outer polyethylene layer, as well as two additional suspended wires (5), providing the assembly with structural and functional stability. FIGURES Figure 1 illustrates a front view of the portable biodigester, showing the main chamber (1), the side pipes (2), the first pipe (2.1) with collection container (2.2), the second pipe (2.3) with tubular outlet (2.4) and, when applicable, secondary container (2.5), in addition to the biogas outlet (3), support wires (4) and suspended wires (5). Integrated Functionality and Technical Innovation 11. The combination of the inverted bell shape with the lateral arrangement of the pipes and the presence of the support wires results in functional improvement directly associated with the geometry and structural arrangement of the product. The inverted bell shape favors the natural stratification of waste during anaerobic digestion, optimizing internal flow and facilitating the movement of biogas to the upper outlet. The opposite arrangement of the pipes, with associated accessories according to the adopted configuration, reduces the number of external connections required and simplifies the material inlet and outlet operation, minimizing potential leakage points. The support wires attached to the polyethylene layer provide stability to the assembly and allow surface installation without the need for additional structure, contributing to the portability of the system. Together, these structural elements provide functional improvement in the use and operation of the biodigester, resulting exclusively from the shape and arrangement adopted, in accordance with Article 9 of the Industrial Property Law. 12. In general terms, the aforementioned product represents an innovative solution with regard to a unique and easy-to-assemble structure, associated with an independent pressurization system that optimizes the flow of bio
