An agricultural machine comprising two side units and a frame, each side unit comprising an arm being pivotally mounted relative to the frame about an axis of folding, a group of tools connected to the frame via the respective arm and able to occupy a working position in which it rests on the ground, a connecting means configured to allow the respective group of tools to move relative to the respective arm and which comprises at least one lightening actuator allowing to exert on each group of tools in working position an effort directed upward. The machine comprises a tie rod connected to each of the arms by a respective upper joint allowing a pivoting around an upper axis parallel to the folding axis respectively. The tie rod, the frame and the arms each form one side of a deformable quadrilateral of distribution in projection on a transverse plane to the longitudinal direction.

Description
1 Description Title of the invention: Agricultural machine equipped with a distribution tie rod [0001] [The present invention relates to the general technical field of agricultural machinery. It relates more particularly to an agricultural machine intended to be attached to a tractor and comprising two lateral units and a frame which extends in a longitudinal direction, each lateral unit comprising a mounted arm pivoting relative to the frame at the height of a respective folding axis oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction, each lateral unit comprising a group of tools connected to the frame by means of the respective arm and capable of occupying a working position in which it rests on the ground, each lateral unit comprising a linkage means which is configured to allow the respective group of tools to move relative to the respective arm and which includes at its hands a lightening actuator enabling an upward force to be exerted on each group of tools in the working position. [0002] Such an agricultural machine is known from document EP 3 086 632 A1. On this machine, a spring-loaded or hydraulic cylinder-type lifting actuator is articulated between each arm and its associated tool group. The lifting actuator applies an upward force to the respective tool group. Each group of tools can thus follow the contours of the ground by moving vertically relative to the frame. [0003] This machine is designed so that, in the working position of the tool groups, each relief actuator operates independently of the other resilient support element. It follows that the pressure exerted on the ground by one tool group is independent of the pressure exerted on the ground by the other tool group. One disadvantage of such operation is that, when the terrain causes a group of tools in working position to move upwards relative to the frame, the maximum pressure exerted by said group of tools on the ground increases greatly, thus increasing the risk of soil surface deterioration. Furthermore, the greater the pressure exerted by one or more tool groups on the ground, the greater the power required to move the machine during operation. 2 [0004] The aim of the present invention is to provide an agricultural machine in which the maximum pressure exerted by a group of tools on uneven ground is lower so that the plant cover is preserved. [0005] To this end, an important feature of the invention is that the machine includes a tie rod connected to each of the arms by a respective upper joint allowing at least one pivoting around an upper axis parallel to the respective folding axis. [0006] In the case of uneven ground, the tie rod then transmits part of the pressure exerted by one group of tools on the ground to the other group of tools and thus makes it possible to distribute the effort of the relief actuators between the two groups of tools. It follows that a group of tools in working position moving upwards relative to the frame, following the contours of the ground, induces a smaller increase in the pressure it exerts on the ground. [0007] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings which represent, by way of non-limiting example, several embodiments of the agricultural machine according to the invention. Brief description of the drawings: [Fig. 1] shows a perspective view of a machine according to the invention in the working position of the tool groups and attached to a tractor to the front of which is also attached a front-mounted implement. [Fig. 2] shows a top view of a machine according to the invention in the working position of the tool groups. [Fig. 3] shows a front view of a machine according to the invention in the nominal working position of the tool groups. [Fig. 4] shows a front view of a machine according to the invention in the maneuvering position of the tool groups. [Fig. 5] shows a side view of a machine according to the invention in the working position of the tool groups. [Fig. 6] shows a front view of a machine according to the invention in the working position on uneven ground. [Fig. 7] shows a detail view of Figure 6. [Fig. 8] shows a top view of a machine according to the invention in the transport position.
