Description

Aqueous silicone dispersion, coating and cosmetic Technical Field The present invention relates to an aqueous dispersion, a coating film, and a cosmetic, each of which is dried at room temperature to form an elastomer coating film. Background The aqueous silicone dispersion which forms an elastomer coating film upon drying has hitherto been composed of various compositions, and is used as a fiber treatment agent, a coating agent for rubber, a coating agent for building materials, a coating agent for paper and plastic films, or the like, or an additive thereof, in order to impart slidability, water repellency, and peelability. As a method for forming the elastomer film, there is a method in which the condensation reaction of the silicone is simultaneously performed during drying. Examples of the composition of the method include an emulsion composition comprising a hydroxylated diorganopolysiloxane, a polysiloxane having a silicon-bonded hydrogen atom and a curing catalyst in U.S. Pat. No. 3098833 (patent document 1), an emulsion composition comprising a polydiorganosiloxane having both ends of the molecular chain blocked with hydroxyl groups in Japanese patent publication No. 38-860 (patent document 2), a polyorganosiloxane, an alkyl polysilicate and a tin salt of a fatty acid, an organopolysiloxane latex composition comprising a polydiorganosiloxane having both ends of the molecular chain blocked with hydroxyl groups in Japanese patent publication No. 53-130752 (patent document 3), a silane having at least three hydrolyzable groups and a curing catalyst in Japanese patent publication No. 3294725 (patent document 4), and an organopolysiloxane emulsion composition comprising a hydroxylated diorganopolysiloxane, a trialkoxysilane and colloidal silica in Japanese patent publication No. 54-131661 (patent document 5). However, when the elastomer coating is formed by the condensation reaction of the silicone while drying these components, the reaction is generally carried out by heating at 100 to 300 ℃. In addition, materials that are unsuitable for cosmetics are unsuitable because they cannot be heated on the skin. JP-A-7-196984 (patent document 6) proposes a silicone emulsion composition in which an emulsion of an amino group-containing organopolysiloxane and an epoxy group-containing hydrolyzable silane are mixed and dispersed, or a silicone emulsion composition in which an emulsion of an epoxy group-containing organopolysiloxane and an amino group-containing hydrolyzable silane are mixed and dispersed. The reaction rate of amino groups with epoxy groups is high, and in particular, in cosmetics such as make-up cosmetics and skin care cosmetics, the amino groups and epoxy groups are applied to the skin and the make-up film is held on the skin for a long period of time, and there is a concern about safety to the skin. There is a method of forming a coating film of a silicone elastomer by simultaneously utilizing an addition reaction of an alkenylsilyl group and a hydrosilyl group during drying. As the composition thereof, for example, an emulsion comprising a molecular chain terminal vinyl-terminated polydiorganosiloxane, a polyorganohydrogen polysiloxane and a platinum catalyst has been proposed in Japanese patent application laid-open No. 50-94082 (patent document 7), and an emulsion comprising a polydiorganosiloxane containing a vinyl group at a molecular chain terminal or side chain, a polysiloxane having a silicon-bonded hydrogen atom, colloidal silica and a platinum catalyst has been proposed in Japanese patent application laid-open No. 54-52160 (patent document 8). However, in these compositions, if a hydrosilyl-containing siloxane is allowed to coexist with a platinum catalyst, the reaction proceeds with time or hydrogen gas is generated, and therefore, it is necessary to mix an emulsion of silicone with the platinum catalyst before use. For general consumers who use cosmetics, the liquid is mixed and then the hands are not called. Japanese patent application laid-open No. 56-36546 (patent document 9) proposes a method of adding a platinum catalyst to a emulsion containing a polydiorganosiloxane having both ends of a molecular chain blocked with vinyl groups and a polyorganosiloxane to prepare an emulsion of a crosslinked silicone elastomer, or a method of further blending colloidal silica into the emulsion of the silicone elastomer. However, in this composition, the addition reaction of the vinylsilyl group and the hydrosilyl group is completed, but the composition is dried to form an elastomer coating film. However, the film has the disadvantage of no elongation and brittleness. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 U.S. Pat.
