  7. 7. The elastic die sleeve of claim 3, wherein the oil comprises one or more of white oil, naphthenic oil and transformer oil.
  8. 8. The elastic die sleeve of claim 1, wherein the elastic die sleeve is silica gel or fluorine gel, and the performance of the elastic die sleeve meets the following conditions in use:
