A cigarette surface text pattern detection system is characterized by comprising a conveying device and an industrial camera mounted on the conveying device, wherein a shielding strip is stuck to one end, facing the conveying device, of the industrial camera, the industrial camera is electrically connected with a processing device and a pneumatic removing device electrically connected with the processing device, the pneumatic removing device is mounted on the conveying device, the industrial camera comprises a camera body and a capping body, the camera body is electrically connected with the processing device, the capping body is detachably connected with the camera body, the capping body is positioned between the camera body and the conveying device, and the shielding strip is stuck to the capping body, so that the industrial camera only photographs the stroke intersection and the stroke end of a cigarette surface text pattern.

The system for detecting the text and the pattern on the surface of a cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a first lighting device and a second lighting device, the first lighting device and the second lighting device are irradiated on the conveying device in an included angle, the number of the industrial cameras is two, and the two industrial cameras are respectively positioned on refractive lines of the first lighting device and the second lighting device.

The system of claim 2, wherein the processing device comprises a median filter and a chip assembly, the median filter is electrically connected with the industrial camera, the chip assembly is electrically connected with the median filter, and the pneumatic removing device is electrically connected with the chip assembly.
- 4. The system of claim 3, wherein the processing device further comprises a binarization processor, the binarization processor is electrically connected with the median filter, and the chip component is electrically connected with the binarization processor.

The system of claim 4, wherein the chip assembly comprises a data conversion chip and a threshold value determination chip, the data conversion chip is electrically connected with the binarization processor, the threshold value determination chip is electrically connected with the data conversion chip, and the pneumatic rejecting device is electrically connected with the threshold value determination chip.
