- 1. - 3. The automatic feeder of claim 1, wherein the loading rail comprises at least two rails.
- 4. The automatic feeding machine of claim 1, wherein the suction device further comprises a suction sensor that senses whether the suction element is suctioned to the LED support strip.
- 5. The automatic feeding machine of claim 1, further comprising a limit position sensor for sensing a limit position of movement of the suction element toward the loading device.
- 6. The automatic feeding machine of claim 1, further comprising a blanking position sensor for sensing the arrival of the suction element at the second position.
- 7. The automatic feeding machine of claim 1, wherein the loading device further comprises a ram positioned intermediate the loading rail and adapted to support the loading rail.
- 8. The automated feeder of claim 7, further comprising a neutral position sensor for sensing the position of the suction element to the ejector pin.
- 9. The automatic feeding machine of claim 1, further comprising a bump guard sensor located on the suction element for sensing resistance to movement of the suction element.
- 10. The automatic feeder of claim 1, further comprising a blanking inductor for sensing that the LED support bars fall into a drop chute and a pusher for pushing the LED support bars in the drop chute away from the drop chute.
