Description
Fixing device for solar roof tiles Technical Field The present invention relates generally to a securing device for roof tiles on a pitched roof, and in particular for solar roof tiles on a pitched roof. Background When building new houses with pitched roofs or retrofitting existing pitched roofs, the choice of "on-roof" solar roof tiles is a preferred choice because of their aesthetic appeal. In this case, the solar roof tile has a dual purpose, both as roof covering and as power generation device. Typically, solar roof tiles are mounted on the horizontal strips of a pitched roof by special fixtures that secure the solar roof tiles while providing a drainage system that prevents water ingress protection and atmospheric water in combination with the solar roof tiles. In the prior art, fixing devices for solar roof tiles are known. SWISSPEARL GROUP AG, in 2014, EP2784241A1, published under 10, relates to a roof covering consisting of lateral connecting profiles on the lower side and on the upper side, which profiles are mounted and fixed to a substrate one above the other in the flow direction. The sump is disposed parallel to the base in a horizontal direction, for collecting water, and/or the seal between the overlapping portions of the lower and upper plates is disposed parallel to the base. The underside of the lower and upper plates are secured together by plate fasteners. The lower and upper plates are overlapping so that the lower edge of the plates overlaps the connecting profile. WO12120208A2, published under 2012 in the name of Centurywatt, relates to a cover plate for a pitched roof panel comprising a frame extending in a direction oblique to the roof and a plurality of photovoltaic panels arranged longitudinally in the direction oblique to the roof and partially overlapping, the lower edge of the top plate in a row covering the upper edge of the bottom plate. The invention is characterized in that the upper edge of the photovoltaic panel is provided with joints which extend the photovoltaic panel substantially in the same plane and seal the cover plate, said joints not being in direct contact with the entire width of the panel overlapping the joints. The invention is particularly applicable to standard laminated or double glass photovoltaic solar panels. Disclosure of Invention In a preferred variant, it relates to a fixing device for solar roof tiles, said device comprising an oblong beam extending in a longitudinal direction x and comprising a first support element supported in an installed position on a first upper slat of a pitched roof. The rectangular beam is further supported on the second lower slat by a second support in the installed position. For fixing at least one solar roof tile, the fixing device further comprises at least one bracket for a solar roof tile. In some variations, the bracket may secure two or more horizontally adjacent solar roof tiles. In order for the securing means to function as a protection against water ingress, a drainage channel is provided adjacent to the at least one bracket and extends in the longitudinal direction x for draining atmospheric water along the longitudinal outer edges of the solar roof tile. Typically, the first and second supports each comprise at least one first bearing zone supporting the rectangular beam substantially in an extension substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction x of the rectangular beam with respect to the first upper and second lower slats. Alternatively or in addition, the first and/or second support may comprise at least one second bearing zone supporting the elongated square beam in the longitudinal direction x with respect to the first upper and second lower slats. Depending on the field of application, the first and/or second support element may comprise at least one connecting device, which is arranged at the respective first and/or the respective second bearing zone for fixing the first and/or second support element to the respective first upper strip and/or the respective second lower strip. The connection means may be selected from at least one of screws, bolts, nails, pins, glue, slings, etc. The fixing means may be fixed to various types of slats, such as bent metal slats, however conventional wood slats are preferred. In a preferred variant, the first bearing zone of the first support is at a first distance d1 from the support when perpendicular to the general direction of extension x of the rectangular beam, and the first bearing zone of the second support is at a second distance d2 from the support, wherein the second distance d2 is greater than the first distance d1. This has the advantage that the lower end of the solar roof tile is inclined with respect to the plane defined by the first upper and second lower battens when arranged in the installed position. Preferably, the first support region is spaced a third distance d3 from the upper end of the rectangular beam in the installed position,
