Description

Expansion shell type prestressed anchor rod Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of anchor rods, in particular to an expansion shell type prestress anchor rod. Background The anchor bolt support is the main support form of the coal mine tunnel. Compared with the common mortar anchor rod, the expansion shell type anchor rod omits the solidification time of the anchoring agent, can meet the construction requirement of quick anchoring, has higher safety, and is widely applied to the support of underground engineering. The expansion shell type anchor rod mainly comprises an anchor head, a threaded rod, a tray, a fastening nut and the like, wherein the anchor head comprises an expansion shell and a wedge sleeve which are matched with each other. Early expansion shell type anchor rods expand the expansion shell by applying a pulling force along the length direction of a threaded rod, so that a lock nut at the tail of the rod is pulled away from the surrounding wall of a roadway, and therefore, the lock nut needs to be further screwed to maintain prestress, and the construction steps are complicated. Disclosure of Invention The application provides an expansion shell type prestressed anchor rod which is more convenient to install and is beneficial to improving the construction efficiency. The application provides an expansion shell type prestressed anchor rod which comprises a threaded rod with a front end and a rear end, a wedge sleeve assembled at the front end of the threaded rod and an expansion shell matched with the wedge sleeve, wherein the threaded rod is provided with a first thread, at least part of thread teeth of the first thread are provided with a second thread, the pitch of the second thread is smaller than that of the first thread, and the wedge sleeve is matched with the second thread. The following provides several alternatives, but not as additional limitations to the above-described overall scheme, and only further additions or preferences, each of which may be individually combined for the above-described overall scheme, or may be combined among multiple alternatives, without technical or logical contradictions. Optionally, the pitch of the second thread is 0.1-0.5 times that of the first thread, the lift angle of the second thread is 0.5-3 degrees, and a grouting hole is formed in the center of the threaded rod. Optionally, in the length direction of the threaded rod, the expansion shell comprises a fitting section which is attached to the periphery of the wedge sleeve, and a suspension section which is located on the outer side of the threaded rod, in the circumferential direction of the threaded rod, the expansion shell comprises at least two expansion pieces, the expansion shell type prestressed anchor rod further comprises a clamping ring which is sleeved on the suspension section, and the clamping ring is used for tightening each expansion piece. Optionally, the snap ring includes an elastic strip extending along a circumferential direction of the threaded rod, and two ends of the elastic strip overlap each other in the circumferential direction of the threaded rod. Optionally, the shell-expanding type prestress anchor rod further comprises a clamping piece fixed at the front end of the shell-expanding type prestress anchor rod, wherein the clamping piece is U-shaped and comprises two side walls which are oppositely arranged and a bottom wall connected between the two side walls, the two side walls are respectively fixed on the radial outer side of the shell-expanding type prestress anchor rod, the bottom wall is located at one side of the front end of the threaded rod, and the rear ends of the two side walls are provided with barb structures which warp outwards.
