CN-115209550-B - Rate matching behavior of bundle CORESET
Abstract
A method and apparatus for determining rate matching behavior of a plurality of control resource sets (CORESET) are provided. A Base Station (BS) bundles CORESET a plurality into a global set of resources. The BS configures a global set of resources for a User Equipment (UE). The BS determines whether the resources assigned to the downlink data channel overlap with at least a portion of the global set of resources and determines whether the data on the downlink data channel is to be rate matched around the global set of resources or to use the resources in the global set of resources. The BS transmits data on the downlink data channel based on the rate matching determination.

Description
Rate matching behavior of bundle CORESET The application is a divisional application of the application with the name of 'rate matching behavior of bundle CORESET' with the application date of 2018, 6-month and 29-date, application number 201880043045.3 (international application number PCT/US 2018/040235). Cross-reference to related application(s) The present application claims priority from U.S. application Ser. No.16/022,136, filed on day 28 of 6 in 2018, which claims priority from U.S. provisional application S/N.62/527,014 entitled "BUNDLED CORESET INDICATION (indicated by bundle CORESET)" filed on day 29 of 6 in 2017, both of which are expressly incorporated by reference in their entirety. Technical Field The techniques discussed below relate generally to wireless communication systems and, more particularly, to control resource reuse for transmitting payload data in wireless communications. Introduction to the invention The New Radio (NR) is part of the next generation of 5G mobile broadband networks. 5G NR can provide enhanced performance in wireless broadband communications at a lower cost per bit than current 3G and/or 4G technologies. The 5G NR may enable higher levels of latency, reliability, and security, and may be scaled to efficiently connect a large number of wireless devices, such as internet of things (IoT) devices. While 5G NR may provide significantly wider bandwidth and greater capacity than current networks, not all network devices may need and/or be able to support or utilize the full bandwidth available for wireless communications. As the demand for mobile broadband access continues to grow, research and development continues to advance wireless communication technologies to not only meet the ever-increasing demand for mobile broadband access, but also to promote and enhance the user experience for mobile communications.
