- 1. A base of a battery module protection device is used for being matched with a protective cover (2) to form a protection device capable of insulating and protecting a battery module output electrode, the battery module output electrode and the base (3) can be penetrated by a fixing piece (4), and the battery module protection device is characterized in that the base (3) comprises a cover matching seat (31), a fixing matching piece (5) is arranged in the cover matching seat (31), the fixing matching piece (5) is limited by the cover matching seat (31) in the horizontal direction and can move upwards relative to the cover matching seat (31), a threaded connection hole (50) used for being in threaded connection with the fixing piece (4) is formed in the fixing matching piece (5), the fixing piece (4) abuts against the battery module output electrode, and when the fixing piece (4) penetrates into the fixing matching piece (5) and rotates axially along the fixing height, the fixing matching piece (5) can exert acting force on the cover matching seat (31) through the threaded connection relation between the fixing matching piece and the fixing piece (4) and exert the acting force on the cover matching seat (31) under the action of the acting force of the counter acting force of the cover matching seat (31).

Background The minimum unit in the power battery system is an electric core, a plurality of electric cores can form a battery module, and a plurality of battery modules can form a battery pack. The battery module comprises a battery module body, a plurality of battery cells, a pair of end plates, at least one guide bar and a plurality of metal guide bars, wherein the end plates are positioned on the outer sides of the battery cells positioned at the end parts of the battery module body, the metal guide bars are welded on positive and negative poles of the battery cells, the battery cells are electrically connected through the guide bars, at least one guide bar protruding out of the battery cells is arranged on the battery cell closest to the end plates, part of the guide bar protruding out of the battery cells extends to the position of the end plates, one end of each guide bar is electrically connected with one end of each bar-shaped copper bar to form an output pole of the battery module body, and meanwhile, the other end of each bar-shaped copper bar is electrically connected with the guide bars in other battery module bodies, so that an electrical connection relation between the battery module bodies is constructed.
