CN-115460964-B - Endoscope with a lens
Abstract
The trouble caused by the bending of the connecting part between the active bending part and the passive bending part is prevented. In an endoscope provided with a connection cylinder (50) having an active bending portion and a passive bending portion which are arranged in this order from the distal end and connected to each other, each of the active bending portion and the passive bending portion includes a plurality of joint cylinders (30, 40), a coil member (60) for inserting an operation wire (90) for bending the active bending portion is fixed to the connection cylinder (50), and a notch (43) for improving the degree of freedom in rotation of the joint cylinder (40A) of the passive bending portion connected to the connection cylinder (50) and rotated is formed in the vicinity of the coil member (60).

Description
Endoscope with a lens Technical Field The present invention relates to an endoscope including a1 st bending portion and a2 nd bending portion which are bendable. The present application claims priority based on japanese application No. 2020-160963 filed on 25 th 9 of 2020, and cites the entire disclosures described in the japanese application. Background Conventionally, endoscopes having an active bending portion (1 st bending portion) and a passive bending portion (2 nd bending portion) in this order from the distal end side of an insertion portion inserted into a body cavity have been widely used. For example, patent document 1 discloses an endoscope configured to gradually change the curvature of the insertion portion by setting a curvature value at the time of bending to decrease from the active bending portion toward the passive bending portion. Patent document 2 discloses an endoscope in which the active bending portion and the passive bending portion can be bent in 4 directions by a user operating an operation portion. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent laid-open No. 2006-218231 Patent document 2 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-202304 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention The active bending part and the passive bending part respectively comprise a plurality of joint cylinders which are connected through a connecting cylinder. Furthermore, a coil member through which a wire for bending the active bending portion is inserted is fixed to the connection cylinder, for example, by welding. Since the coil component is excellent in deformability and resilience, bending and resilience of the connection portion between the active bending portion and the passive bending portion are not hindered. On the other hand, as described above, in the case where the coil member is welded and fixed, the deformation of the coil member is restricted in the welded portion, and therefore, in the case where interference occurs between the joint cylinder of the active bending portion or the passive bending portion and the coil member, bending and restoration of the connection portion of the active bending portion or the passive bending portion are hindered. However, the endoscopes of patent documents 1 and 2 have not been studied to solve such problems. The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope capable of preventing a problem caused by bending of a connection portion between an active bending portion and a passive bending portion even when a coil member is fixed and deformation of the coil member is restricted. Means for solving the problems In an endoscope provided with a1 st bending portion and a 2 nd bending portion which are bendable and are arranged in this order from the distal end, and a connection cylinder for connecting the 1 st bending portion and the 2 nd bending portion, the 1 st bending portion and the 2 nd bending portion each include a plurality of joint cylinders, a coil member for inserting a wire for bending the 1 st bending portion is fixed to the connection cylinder, and a notch for improving a rotational degree of freedom of a predetermined joint cylinder of the 2 nd bending portion connected to the connection cylinder and rotated is formed in the vicinity of the coil member. In the present invention, the notch is formed in the vicinity of the coil member in the predetermined joint cylinder or the connection cylinder, and by such a notch, interference between the coil member and the predetermined joint cylinder can be eliminated, or the rotation of the predetermined joint cylinder can be suppressed from being prevented by the coil member, and the degree of freedom in rotation of the predetermined joint cylinder can be improved. Effects of the invention According to the present invention, even when the coil component is fixed and deformation of the coil component is restricted, it is possible to prevent a failure due to bending of the connection portion between the active bending portion and the passive bending portion.
