Abstract
The invention provides a motor winding outlet collector ring which comprises a circular wire holder and three outlet terminals, wherein each outlet terminal comprises an arc-shaped part, two buckling points, two wire connecting parts and an outlet part, the two buckling points are arranged on the inner side surfaces of two ends of the arc-shaped part, the two wire connecting parts and the outlet part are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped part at intervals, three circular mounting grooves for accommodating the outlet terminals are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the wire holder, and two buckling point grooves are formed in the bottom of each mounting groove and used for fixing buckling points on the outlet terminals. The invention also provides a motor provided with the collecting ring. The collector ring is simpler to manufacture and lower in cost, and does not need to be integrally injection molded.

- 1. A motor winding outlet collector ring is characterized by comprising a circular wire holder and three outlet terminals, wherein each outlet terminal comprises an arc-shaped part, two buckling points, two wire connecting parts and an outlet part, the two buckling points are arranged on the inner side surfaces of two ends of the arc-shaped part, the two wire connecting parts and the outlet part are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped part at intervals, three circular mounting grooves for accommodating the outlet terminals are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the wire holder, two buckling point grooves are formed in the bottom of each mounting groove and used for fixing buckling points on the outlet terminals, three radial positioning grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the wire holder at intervals, the positions of the three positioning grooves correspond to the outlet parts of the three outlet terminals respectively, annular radial stop grooves are formed in the inner side surfaces of the lower ends of the wire holder, and a plurality of circumferential stop bosses are formed in the radial stop grooves at intervals.

The motor winding outlet collector ring of claim 1, wherein the three outlet terminals are a U-phase outlet terminal, a V-phase outlet terminal and a W-phase outlet terminal respectively, the wiring parts on the three outlet terminals are all U-shaped and are all used for connecting with a motor, and the outlet parts on the three outlet terminals are all used for connecting with a controller PCBA.

A motor comprises an iron core, a front wire frame, a rear wire frame, windings and a collecting ring, and is characterized in that the collecting ring comprises a circular wire holder and three wire outgoing terminals, each wire outgoing terminal comprises an arc-shaped portion, two buckling points, two wire outgoing portions and a wire outgoing portion, the two buckling points are arranged on the inner side surfaces of two ends of the arc-shaped portion, the two wire outgoing portions and the wire outgoing portions are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped portion at intervals, three circular mounting grooves for accommodating the wire outgoing terminals are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the wire holder, two buckling point grooves are formed in the bottom of each mounting groove and used for fixing buckling points on the wire outgoing terminals, the wire holder is sleeved on the rear wire frame, three radial positioning grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the wire holder at intervals, the positions of the three positioning grooves correspond to the wire outgoing portions of the three wire outgoing terminals, a plurality of circumferential stop bosses are arranged in the radial stop grooves at intervals at the positions of the inner side surfaces of the lower ends of the wire holder, the stop plates are arranged at the positions of the stop plates, and the stop plates are matched with the inner peripheral stop plates.

The motor of claim 3, wherein the three wire outlet terminals are a U-phase wire outlet terminal, a V-phase wire outlet terminal and a W-phase wire outlet terminal respectively, the wire connection parts on the three wire outlet terminals are all U-shaped and are all connected with the motor winding and are fixed by welding, and the wire outlet parts on the three wire outlet terminals are all used for being connected with the controller PCBA.
