Description
Tank truck for transporting liquid Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of transportation equipment, in particular to a tank truck for transporting liquid. Background When the existing tank truck for liquid is used for discharging, the liquid is generally discharged from a discharge opening by introducing compressed air into the tank. The liquid in the tank needs to be opened by a worker before being discharged from the discharge opening, but the liquid in the tank is sprayed out at the moment of opening the discharge opening because the tank is filled with compressed air, so that the liquid can be splashed onto the worker. Disclosure of Invention In view of the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides a tank truck for transporting liquid, which comprises a truck body and a tank body arranged at intervals with the truck body, wherein the tail part of the truck body and the tail part of the tank body are connected in a hinged manner, a telescopic mechanism for pushing the tank body is arranged between the truck body and the tank body so as to enable the tank body to incline to the truck body, a discharge opening is arranged on the end face of the tail part of the tank body, a discharge cover capable of opening and closing the discharge opening is arranged on the discharge opening, a long rod is arranged on one side of the tank body facing the truck body, one end of the long rod is connected with the tank body in a hinged manner, a locking buckle for locking the discharge cover is arranged on the other end of the long rod, a fixed pulley is arranged on one side of the truck body facing the tank body, the pull rod and the tank body are connected with each other through rigidity, at least part of the rigid pulley is sleeved on the fixed pulley, and the locking buckle is gradually increased when the tank body and the tank body is pulled away from the pull rope, and the locking buckle is released from the tank body through the rigidity buckle when the tank body is pulled. Preferably, the pull rod is connected with the tail of the vehicle body through a tension spring, and when the included angle between the tank body and the vehicle body is gradually reduced, the tension spring can provide restoring force for the pull rod to enable the locking buckle to be close to the discharging cover so as to restore the locking effect on the discharging cover. Preferably, a locking card matched with the locking buckle is arranged on the discharging cover. Preferably, the fixed pulley is provided with an anti-falling clamp for preventing the rigid pull rope from falling off the fixed pulley. Preferably, the hinge axis between the tail of the vehicle body and the tail of the can is parallel to the hinge axis between the long rod and the can. Preferably, the rigid pull rope is a steel wire rope. Compared with the unloading mode of the existing tank truck, the tank truck for transporting liquid is characterized in that in the unloading process, the tank body is inclined to the truck body through the telescopic mechanism arranged between the truck body and the tank body, so that liquid in the tank body is discharged from the unloading opening due to self gravity, and meanwhile, in the tilting process of the tank body and the truck body, the tank body releases the locking effect on the unloading cover through the rigid pull rope connected with the tank body, so that the unloading opening is not required to be opened by a worker, and the problem that the material splashes onto the worker when the liquid material is unloaded is solved.
