  1. 1. A columnar quartz crystal resonator comprises a shell member (100) and a resonance assembly (200), wherein the shell member (100) comprises a shell (1) and a base (2) which is sealed at the bottom of the shell (1), the resonance assembly (200) comprises a quartz wafer (3) positioned in the shell (1) and two groups of leads (4) penetrating through the base (2) and connected with the quartz wafer (3), and the columnar quartz crystal resonator is characterized in that an annular mounting groove (23) is formed in the base (2), an exhaust hole (24) communicated with the mounting groove is formed in the top of the base (2), an air suction hole (25) communicated with the mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the base (2), a one-way exhaust assembly (5) is arranged in the annular mounting groove (23) so that air can be only discharged in the direction from the exhaust hole (24) to the air suction hole (25), a sealing rubber ring (6) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the shell (1), the inner periphery of the sealing rubber ring (6) is abutted against the periphery of the base (2), and the annular mounting groove (23) is positioned in a sealing area (7) of the sealing area, which faces the periphery of the sealing area (7) of the sealing rubber ring (6).

Background The quartz crystal resonator is a resonant device manufactured by utilizing the inverse piezoelectric effect of the quartz crystal, has the characteristics of high precision and high stability, is widely applied to various equipment, instruments and electronic products needing frequency stabilization/frequency selection, and becomes an important electronic component in the digital information society. The columnar quartz crystal resonator, also called tuning fork crystal oscillator, refers to a crystal oscillator with a quartz crystal wafer shape similar to a tuning fork, and the application fields comprise clocks and watches, mobile phones, tablet personal computers, microcomputers, calculators, household electrical appliance automatic control, industrial automatic control and the like. In order to improve the stability and reliability of quartz crystal operation, the existing columnar quartz crystal resonator needs to adopt vacuum pumping equipment to perform vacuum pumping/nitrogen filling treatment on the shell member, and then adopts glue to perform sealing treatment on the shell member, so that the quartz crystal can stably and reliably work in a vacuum/nitrogen environment. However, the problems of fracture, degumming and the like easily occur after the glue is hardened, so that the instability of a sealing method by only adopting the glue is poor, the service life of the columnar quartz crystal resonator is seriously influenced, and the columnar quartz crystal resonator can be further improved. Disclosure of Invention In order to improve the sealing stability of the shell component and prolong the service life of the columnar quartz crystal resonator, the application provides the columnar quartz crystal resonator. The above object of the present application is achieved by the following technical solutions: a columnar quartz crystal resonator comprises a shell component and a resonance assembly, wherein the shell component comprises a shell and a base, the base is covered at the bottom of the shell, the resonance assembly comprises a quartz crystal wafer and two groups of leads which penetrate through the base and are connected with the quartz crystal wafer, an annular mounting groove is formed in the base, an exhaust hole communicated with the mounting groove is formed in the top of the base, an air suction hole communicated with the mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the base, a unidirectional exhaust assembly is arranged in the annular mounting groove, so that air can be only discharged in the direction from the exhaust hole to the air suction hole, a sealing rubber ring is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the shell, the inner periphery of the sealing rubber ring is abutted to the outer periphery of the base, and sealing rubber is filled in the area, facing the air suction hole, of the unidirectional exhaust assembly and the outer periphery of the sealing rubber ring. By adopting the technical scheme, in the vacuumizing process, the inner cavity of the shell member is reduced in pressure, so that acting force and trend which are close to each other are formed between the shell and the base, the shell and the base extrude the sealing rubber ring and generate extrusion deformation, the sealing rubber is further tightly abutted against the periphery of the base, the sealing performance between the shell and the base is enhanced, after the vacuumizing is finished, sealing glue is filled in the area of the unidirectional exhaust assembly, which faces the air suction hole, and the periphery area of the sealing rubber ring, the sealing performance of the unidirectional exhaust assembly and the sealing rubber ring is enhanced by using the sealing glue, the connection sealing performance of the corresponding area is improved, and the sealing stability of the shell member is improved by using a double sealing mode, so that the service life of the columnar quartz crystal resonator is prolonged.
