Description
Organic amine desulfurizing agent capable of effectively reducing foaming problem Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of desulfurization treatment, in particular to a compound organic amine desulfurizing agent for circularly removing gas SO2 in flue gas (tail gas) to be treated. Background The existing industrial sulfuric acid tail gas treatment methods mainly comprise a wet method, a semi-dry method and the like, and the methods generally have the defects of low byproduct utilization value, secondary pollution, complex operation procedures and difficult tail gas reaching lower level. The renewable circulating desulfurization method becomes a hot point of research at home and abroad, and the organic amine desulfurization technology adopts amine liquid as an SO 2 absorbent, and completes the desulfurization task through the absorption and desorption processes. The technology has good absorption selectivity to SO 2, wide application range to the sulfur content of flue gas, the absorbent can be regenerated and recycled, the product is high-purity SO 2 with the purity of 99 percent, and the technology can prepare liquid SO 2 or sulfur and has stable market and market prospect. The flue gas desulfurization technology by the organic amine method has good development prospect. The CANSOLV flue gas desulfurization technology of Kang Shifu is successful compared with the renewable wet flue gas desulfurization technology, and the technology adopts diamine as an absorbent, uses strong acid to neutralize one of the strong alkaline amine groups, and uses the other weak amine group as a main functional group for sulfur dioxide absorption. The researches show that the piperazine organic amine has the advantages of high boiling point, less solvent volatilization loss, less corrosion to equipment and the like compared with ethylenediamine and alcohol amine. In the practical application process of organic amine desulfurization, the phenomena of amine liquid foaming and liquid blocking generally exist, so that entrainment is formed in an absorption tower, a large amount of desulfurizing agent is taken away by airflow, and the amine liquid is lost. And when severe, the absorption tower is flooded, so that the tower pressure fluctuates, the tower plate efficiency is reduced, and the separation effect is poor. The problem of reducing foaming of amine solutions is now critical to the widespread use of this technology. The Chinese patent of the invention, a renewable flue gas desulfurizing agent and application thereof (CN 201210449283.9), discloses that 1, 4-bis (2-hydroxypropyl) piperazine is taken as the main component of the desulfurizing agent, and the preparation process is simple, and has the advantages of high desorption rate, low energy consumption in the circulating process and the like. The Chinese patent of the invention discloses a renewable organic amine flue gas desulfurizing agent and a preparation method thereof (CN 201310673132.6), wherein 1- (2-hydroxyethyl) -4- (2-hydroxypropyl) piperazine is the main component of the flue gas (tail gas) desulfurizing agent to be treated, and the synthetic separation process is simple and is not easy to crystallize. However, the above flue gas desulfurization agents have problems of easy foaming and difficult defoaming.
