By adding the exhaust passage, the exhaust resistance is effectively reduced, and the noise of the compressor is reduced.

- 1. The exhaust structure of the compressor is characterized by comprising a cylinder seat, a gas valve assembly and a cylinder head, wherein a cylinder hole is arranged on the cylinder seat, the cylinder head is connected with the cylinder seat and limits the gas valve assembly to the front end of the cylinder hole, the gas valve assembly is provided with a suction valve and a discharge valve, the cylinder head is provided with a discharge cavity butted with the discharge valve, the discharge cavity comprises a first discharge cavity and a second discharge cavity which are formed by separation through a separation structure, the separation structure is provided with a first gas tank communicated with the first discharge cavity and the second discharge cavity, the cylinder seat is provided with a discharge interface and a return gas cavity, the return gas cavity comprises a first return gas cavity and a second return gas cavity, the cylinder seat is provided with a second gas tank communicated with the first return gas cavity and the discharge interface, the cylinder seat is provided with a third gas tank communicated with the second return gas cavity and the discharge interface, the air valve assembly is provided with a first exhaust through hole which is communicated with the first exhaust cavity and the first air return cavity, the air valve assembly is provided with a second exhaust through hole which is communicated with the second exhaust cavity and the second air return cavity, the air valve assembly comprises a valve plate, an air suction valve plate and an air discharge valve plate, the valve plate extends from a first surface to a second surface along the thickness direction, the valve plate is provided with an air suction hole and an air discharge hole which penetrate from the first surface to the second surface, the air suction valve plate is attached to the first surface of the valve plate, the air suction valve plate is provided with an air suction valve tongue at a position corresponding to the air suction hole, the air discharge valve plate is provided with an air discharge avoidance hole at a position corresponding to the air discharge hole, the air discharge valve plate is attached to the second surface of the valve plate, the air discharge valve plate is provided with an air discharge valve tongue at a position corresponding to the air discharge hole, and an air suction avoiding hole is arranged at a position corresponding to the air suction hole.
- 2. The compressor discharge structure of claim 1, wherein the valve assembly further includes a cylinder block gasket disposed between the suction valve plate and the cylinder block, the cylinder block forming a first end surface extending to the cylinder block gasket at the front end of the cylinder bore, the cylinder block being recessed on the first end surface to form the first, second, and third gas pockets.
- 3. The compressor discharge structure of claim 2, wherein the first return air chamber extends in an arc shape around the cylinder bore on the first end surface.
- 4. The compressor discharge structure of claim 1, wherein the valve assembly further includes a cylinder head gasket disposed between the discharge valve plate and the cylinder head, the cylinder head forming a second end surface extending to the cylinder head gasket, the cylinder head being recessed on the second end surface to form the first discharge chamber, the second discharge chamber, and the first air pocket.
- 5. The compressor discharge structure of claim 2, wherein the cylinder block is provided with a plurality of screw holes on the first end surface, screw through holes are provided at corresponding positions on the valve assembly and the cylinder head, and the valve assembly and the cylinder head are mounted to the cylinder block by screws passing through the screw through holes and connected to the screw holes.

The compressor discharge structure of claim 5, wherein one of the screw holes forms the discharge port, a space is left between the screw through hole and the screw, and a discharge passage communicating to the cylinder head is defined by the space, and further comprising an inner discharge pipe, an end portion of which is provided with a joint, the joint being locked to the cylinder head by a screw mounted to the discharge port and communicating with the discharge passage.
- 7. The compressor discharge structure of claim 6, wherein a back side of the cylinder head is provided with a sunk mounting groove, and the joint is mounted to the mounting groove.
- 8. A compressor comprising the compressor discharge structure of any one of claims 1 to 7.
- 9. An apparatus comprising the compressor of claim 8.

Background The existing reciprocating compressors all adopt a single-channel exhaust structure, namely, refrigerant enters a cylinder cover from a cylinder hole after being compressed, and is discharged to an inner exhaust pipe from an exhaust port after passing through an air valve assembly in a single-channel mode by the cylinder cover. The exhaust channel of the exhaust mode is single, the noise and the vibration are large, and the exhaust mode is especially applied to the mobile refrigeration fields of commercial vehicles, motor home, trucks and the like, the compressor product is very close to consumers, the requirements on the noise and the vibration are very strict, and the use requirements cannot be met in the prior art. The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: In a first aspect, a compressor exhaust structure includes a cylinder seat, a valve assembly and a cylinder head, wherein a cylinder hole is formed in the cylinder seat, the cylinder head is connected with the cylinder seat, the valve assembly is limited at the front end of the cylinder hole, an air suction valve and an air exhaust valve are arranged on the valve assembly, the cylinder head is provided with an exhaust cavity butted with the air exhaust valve, the exhaust cavity comprises a first exhaust cavity and a second exhaust cavity which are formed by separating through a separation structure, a first air groove communicated with the first exhaust cavity and the second exhaust cavity is formed in the separation structure, an exhaust interface and an air return cavity are arranged on the cylinder seat, the air return cavity comprises a first air return cavity and a second air return cavity, a third air groove communicated with the first air return cavity and the exhaust interface is formed in the cylinder seat, a first exhaust through hole communicated with the first air return cavity and the first air return cavity is formed in the valve assembly, and a second exhaust through hole communicated with the second air return cavity is formed in the valve assembly. In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementation manners of the first aspect, the air valve assembly includes a valve plate, an air suction valve plate and an air discharge valve plate, the valve plate extends from a first surface to a second surface along a thickness direction, an air suction hole and an air discharge hole penetrating from the first surface to the second surface are formed in the valve plate, the air suction valve plate is attached to the first surface of the valve plate, an air suction valve tongue is arranged at a position corresponding to the air suction hole, an air discharge avoidance hole is arranged at a position corresponding to the air discharge hole, the air discharge valve plate is attached to the second surface of the valve plate, and an air discharge valve tongue is arranged at a position corresponding to the air discharge hole, and an air suction avoidance hole is formed at a position corresponding to the air suction hole. With reference to the first aspect and the foregoing implementation manners, in certain implementation manners of the first aspect, the first air return cavity extends in an arc shape around the cylinder hole on the first end surface.
