Description
Valve and diaphragm pump with inlet and outlet valves Technical Field The invention relates to a valve, in particular a flat valve or a non-return valve, for example for a diaphragm pump, having a valve chamber which is delimited by a valve housing, in which at least one valve seat is provided, which interacts with a valve plate, which is elastically preloaded by means of an outer edge holder by stretching, such that a closure body of the valve plate can be moved against the elasticity of the valve plate at least in the region of its outer edge holder from a closed position, in which the closure body rests sealingly against the valve seat, into an open position, wherein the outer edge holder of the valve plate has a web and the outer edge holder has a connection clip, which is connected to a web end of the web facing away from the closure body. The invention also relates to a diaphragm pump having at least one inlet valve and at least one outlet valve. Background A valve of the type mentioned at the outset is known from EP 1,555,469 A1, which has a valve chamber enclosed by a valve housing, in which valve chamber at least one valve seat is provided. A valve seat surrounding the valve opening interacts with a valve plate made of an elastic material. The valve plate is held in the valve housing by the outer edge holder and is prestressed by tension, so that the plate-shaped closing body of the valve plate rests sealingly against the valve seat in the closed position of the valve and can be moved by the pressure difference against the elasticity of the valve plate at least in the region of its outer edge holder into the open position of the valve, in which the closing body is lifted from the valve seat. In this case, each outer edge holding part of the valve plate has a transverse web which is connected to the anchor-shaped transverse web at its web end facing away from the closing body. These transverse webs are clamped in corresponding grooves in the valve housing. In the case of such a so-called anchor valve according to EP 1,555,469 A1, the valve plate does not assume an additional sealing function between the housing parts surrounding the valve housing and the valve chamber arranged therein and compression in the sealing region, which adversely affects the function of the valve plate, is avoided. Since the elastic material for the valve plate is not always chemically resistant to the transport medium and may expand slightly, a gap must be provided around the valve plate in the valve chamber, since otherwise the valve plate may bend during expansion and its function may be adversely affected. However, due to this play, the known anchor valve may lose its positive-locking positioning and the position of the valve plate and its closing body above the valve seat is no longer uniquely defined. A discharge valve for a refrigerant compressor is known from US 3 039 487A. The plate-shaped valve section according to DE 10 2016 002 071 A1 is suitable for a valve, for example of a diaphragm pump, and has a central closure body for loading a valve seat, has a section edge for edge-tensioning the valve section between two housing parts, in particular between two head plates of a pump head of the diaphragm pump, and has a plurality of section webs which are connected to the closure body and to the section edge, respectively, wherein at least two adjacently arranged section webs proceeding from the closure body are bent at least partially in opposite directions and/or angled in opposite directions. In order to sealingly close the valve seat in the closed position of the anchor valve, the valve seat typically protrudes from the abutment plane of the valve housing. The greater the tolerance of this projection, the less sealingly the valve plate and its closing body rest against the valve seat, in particular when the valve is stationary. For a perfect closing performance, very small manufacturing tolerances are therefore required, which can be achieved only with great effort, in particular in micropumps. Finally, in particular in micropumps, the known anchor valve can only be installed into the valve housing with difficulty in an automated production process. A check valve is known from EP 0,336,307 A2, the valve plate of which has an annular seal on the outer periphery, which is connected to a central closing body inside the valve plate by means of a plurality of webs. Thus, even if the valve plate is made of a hard elastic or relatively rigid material, the closing body can perform a valve movement relative to the annular seal clamped in the valve housing, the web being arranged transversely to the radial extension between the outer sealing ring and the inner closing body, so that the closing body can be twisted slightly relative to the sealing ring and simultaneously opened or closed during the valve movement. However, since in this known flat valve the sealing ring of the valve plate is clamped in the valve housing, it i
