- 1. The plasma distributed electrode tube running state indication method for inner wall sterilization is applied to a tube inner wall plasma sterilization device based on a multi-section distributed electrode; the device is characterized by comprising a gas control module, a power supply driving module, a plasma generating module and a discharge indicating module; the plasma generating module comprises a quartz glass tube, wherein the inner diameter of the quartz glass tube is larger than the diameter of the tube to be disinfected, the tube to be disinfected can penetrate through the quartz glass tube, a plurality of high-voltage electrodes and low-voltage electrodes which are distributed at intervals for a preset distance outside the quartz glass tube are arranged, a plasma high-voltage electric field is formed between the adjacent high-voltage electrodes and low-voltage electrodes, the high-voltage electrodes and the low-voltage electrodes are connected to the power driving module to realize the driving of the plasma electric field, a measuring capacitor and a voltage measuring sensor for measuring the measuring capacitor are connected in series between each low-voltage electrode and the ground level, a discharge indicating module is formed by the measuring capacitor, the voltage sensor for measuring the voltage capacitor, a processor for processing voltage data, the equivalent capacitance value of the measuring capacitor is far larger than the equivalent capacitance of the electrode of the plasma generating module, the impedance value is far smaller than the equivalent impedance of the electrode of the generating module, the voltage sensor is used for comparing the voltage value of the measuring capacitor with the voltage value of the voltage sensor for processing the voltage data of the measuring capacitor, the voltage sensor is used for processing the voltage data of the voltage sensor to the receiving range, the indicator lamp corresponding to the voltage value within the preset range is turned on, and the indicator lamp corresponding to the voltage value which does not reach the preset range is turned off.
