- 1. The polish rod sealer inspection device is characterized by comprising a rotation power system, a polish rod sealing detection system, a deviation adjustment detection system, a pressure test detection system, a pneumatic system and a circulation system, wherein the rotation power system is connected with the polish rod sealing detection system and provides tension, stroke and impulse for the connection of the polish rod sealing detection system, the polish rod sealing detection system is connected with the deviation adjustment detection system and the pressure test detection system and provides a deviation adjustment angle and a deviation adjustment distance for the deviation adjustment detection system and provides a pressure test polish rod sealer and a platform for the pressure test detection system, the pressure test detection system is connected with the pneumatic system and the circulation system and provides inspected well fluid, temperature, pressure and time for the polish rod sealing detection system, and the pneumatic system provides pneumatic pressure and pressure test gas for the pressure test detection system and cleans the pressure test well fluid in the polish rod sealing detection system into the circulation system.

The polished rod sealer inspection device according to claim 1, wherein the rotary power system comprises a variable frequency cabinet, a rotary speed main case, a motor, a turntable, a rotary speed measuring platform, a rotary handle, a wire rope, a fixed pulley and a hanger, wherein the variable frequency cabinet is connected with the motor for supplying electric energy to the motor and adjusting the rotary speed, the rotary handle and the turntable are arranged on a motor shaft of the motor, the rotary speed measuring platform is arranged between the variable frequency cabinet, the rotary speed main case and the fixed pulley, the rotary speed signal of the turntable is measured, the rotary speed signal is transmitted to the rotary speed main case for displaying the rotary speed, the wire rope is connected with the rotary handle, the fixed pulley and the hanger for adjusting the stroke, and the polished rod of the polished rod sealer inspection system is pulled by the fixed pulley and the hanger for reciprocating motion.

The inspection device of polish rod sealer according to claim 2, wherein the rotation force system further comprises a plurality of stroke holes and a rotation pin, the rotation handle is provided with the plurality of stroke holes, the rotation pin is connected with the rotation handle bearing through the stroke holes, the rotation pin is fixed in the stroke holes and is connected with the bearing to rotate freely, the rotation pin pulls the steel wire rope to do circular reciprocating motion along with the rotation of the rotation handle, the steel wire rope pulls the polish rod to do reciprocating motion through the fixed pulley and the hanger, the stroke holes where the rotation pin on the rotation handle is located are adjusted, the reciprocating motion distances of the polish rod are different, and the distance is the stroke.

The polished rod sealer inspection device according to claim 2, wherein the rotation speed measuring platform comprises a speed measuring sensor, a connecting rod, a bracket and a floor, the floor is used for fixing the motor, the bracket is fixed on the floor, one end of the connecting rod is fixed on the speed measuring sensor, the other end is fixed on the bracket, the speed measuring sensor measures a rotation speed signal of the turntable and transmits the rotation speed signal to the rotation speed mainframe box.
- 5. The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 2, wherein the hanger is mounted between the offset distance frame of the polished rod sealer inspection system and the fixed sheave to serve the function of connecting the polished rod and the wire rope.

The polished rod sealer inspection device according to claim 1, wherein the polished rod sealer inspection system comprises a polished rod and a deviation adjusting distance frame, an a-type polished rod sealer, a four-way, a C-type polished rod sealer, a deviation adjusting angle frame, a fixed baffle, a spring and a polished rod coupling which are sequentially positioned on the polished rod, wherein the deviation adjusting distance frame and the deviation adjusting angle frame provide deviation adjusting displacement and supporting force for the polished rod, the polished rod reciprocates in the a-type polished rod sealer, the four-way and the C-type polished rod sealer, packing in the polished rod sealer is inspected for wear-resistant sealing, the spring penetrates the polished rod to provide pulling force for the polished rod, the fixed baffle plays a role of blocking the spring, and the polished rod fixes the spring.

The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 7, wherein the retainer comprises a screw, an upper plate, a polished rod hole, a lower plate, a steel plate, a plate rib, and a base, the upper plate is fixedly connected to the lower plate by the screw, the lower plate is welded to the steel plate and the plate rib, the steel plate and the plate rib are welded to the base, the base is fixed to a floor, the polished rod is inserted into the polished rod hole, and the retainer stabilizes the polished rod and blocks the spring.

The inspection device of claim 7, wherein the offset distance adjusting frame comprises a fixed ring, a packing, a polish rod hole, an upper hinge seat, a screw rod, an upper support rod, a double hinge seat, a lower support rod, a lower hinge seat and a base, wherein the fixed ring is welded with the upper hinge seat, the packing and the polish rod hole are arranged in the fixed ring, the upper hinge seat is connected with the upper support rod shaft, the double hinge seat is connected with the upper support rod, the upper and lower shafts of the lower support rod, the lower support rod is connected with the lower hinge seat shaft, the lower hinge seat is welded and fixed with the base, the hand wheel is fixed at one end of the screw rod, the hand wheel is rotated clockwise, the fixed ring is lifted, the hand wheel is rotated anticlockwise, the fixed ring is lowered, the polish rod penetrates through the polish rod hole and is lifted up and down, and the offset angle and the offset distance adjusting function is achieved for the C-type polish rod sealer and the a-type polish rod sealer.

The polish rod sealer inspection device according to claim 7, wherein the a-type polish rod sealer comprises a gland, a packing, a secondary packing, a packing pipe body, a sealing ring, a sealer spring, a bias-adjusting joint, a bias-adjusting cap, a sealing ring and a clamp head, wherein the gland is in threaded connection with the packing pipe body, the gland and the packing are installed in the gland, the gland is tightened to press the packing by the gland to seal the polish rod, the bias-adjusting joint is in threaded connection with the packing pipe body, the secondary packing, the sealing ring and the sealer spring are installed in the gland, the packing pipe body is tightened to compress the secondary packing, the sealing ring and the sealer spring to seal the polish rod, the bias-adjusting joint is connected with the sealing ring and the clamp head through the bias-adjusting cap to seal and bias-adjusting, and the polish rod passes through the packing and the secondary packing to conduct hydraulic static and dynamic sealing performance test.

The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 7, wherein the polished rod sealer inspection system further comprises a B-type polished rod sealer and a tee, the B-type polished rod sealer is mounted on the tee, a clamp connection is provided, an inspection mandrel with minimum specifications of the polished rod is mounted in the polished rod sealer and a packing is pressed, and a hydrostatic sealing performance test is performed.

The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 11, wherein the B-type polished rod sealer comprises a flange, a press cap, a packing housing, a packing, a grommet, a seal cap, a screw, a packing seat, a packing, and a clamp seat, wherein the press cap is screwed with the packing housing, the flange, the packing, and the grommet are installed therein, an inspection mandrel with minimum specifications for a polished rod is installed and inserted into the tee joint through the press cap, the flange, and the packing, the press cap is tightened to press the flange and the packing, the packing is compressed to perform a function of a seal mandrel, i.e., a primary seal, the seal cap is screwed with the packing housing, the screw, the packing seat, and the packing are installed therein, the screw is tightened to compress the packing, perform a function of a seal mandrel, i.e., a secondary seal, and the clamp seat is integrally structured with the packing housing, and the clamp seat is connected with the tee joint through the clamp seat at the lower part of the packing.

The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 11, wherein the four-way joint comprises a right clamp head, a clamp, a four-way clamp head, a left clamp head, a fixed bottom plate, a bracket and a base, wherein the clamp is in bolt connection with the fixed bottom plate, the four-way joint is clamped and fixed, the fixed bottom plate is welded with the bracket, the bracket is welded and fixed with the base, the right clamp head of the four-way joint is in clamp connection with the clamp head of the a-type polished rod sealer, the front part of the four-way clamp head is in clamp connection with a high-pressure hydraulic control valve and a pressure test tube of the pressure test detection system, and then is in clamp connection with a circulation valve of the circulation system, and the left clamp head is in clamp connection with a clamp seat of the C-type polished rod sealer.
- 14. The polished rod sealer inspection device of claim 13, wherein two of the four-way is mounted between the a-type polished rod sealer and the C-type polished rod sealer, and the other two is mounted between the three-way and the high pressure pilot operated valve, and is a clamp connection.
