Description
Automatic collection device and method for inner ends of optical cables Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of optical cable winding facilities, and particularly relates to an automatic collection device and method for an inner end of an optical cable. Background At present, an I-shaped disc is generally adopted by a coiling tool for optical cable winding, the I-shaped disc is provided with two end side plates and a central rotating shaft for connecting the two end side plates, and the central rotating shaft adopts a hollow structure so as to install the I-shaped disc on a cable frame through a tip cone for rewinding or construction paying-off. Referring to fig. 1, in the rewinding or construction paying-off process of the optical cable, the inner end 100 of the optical cable is easy to loosen and throw out, the longer the rewinding or paying-off time is, the more the throwing-out length is, the thrown-out part is generally fixed on the inner side of the end side plate 300 of the spool by adopting the line card 200, frequent stopping treatment is required for the action, the rewinding or construction paying-off efficiency is affected, and the loosening phenomenon is also caused in the high-speed rotating process of the spool by adopting the line card for fixing points, so that the optical cable frequently collides with the side plate of the spool, and finally the inner end of the optical cable is damaged. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects or improvement demands of the prior art, the invention provides an automatic collection device and an automatic collection method for the inner ends of optical cables, which can automatically collect the inner ends of the extended optical cables in rewinding or construction paying-off, so that the inner ends are not easy to damage and the rewinding or construction paying-off efficiency is reduced without frequently stopping and finishing the inner ends. In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic collection device for the inner end of an optical cable, comprising a motor, a capstan and a support frame for mounting to an end side plate of an i-disc, the capstan being rotatably mounted on the support frame via a bearing for fixing the end of the inner end of the optical cable wound on the i-disc, the motor being connected to the capstan for driving the capstan to rotate, thereby winding the portion of the inner end of the optical cable which is thrown loose onto the capstan. Preferably, the support frame comprises a ring body and support rods, a plurality of support rods are arranged on the outer side of the ring body and are fixedly connected with the I-shaped disc, the winch is coaxially arranged on the ring body, and the motor is fixedly arranged on the support rods.
