Description
Electronic power converter Field of the invention The invention relates to an electronic power converter with a housing. A power converter is a device that processes electric power, exchanges electric power with other electric units through its connection, and operates with an electronic apparatus. Including in particular inverters, DC voltage converters, frequency converters, battery converters, power supplies for AC or DC loads, etc. Prior Art An inverter having a plurality of converter modules, each having a housing of its own, is known from DE 10 2014 105 985. The converter module may comprise various functions, in particular converting electric power, for example converting direct current into direct current or converting direct current into alternating current and vice versa. The converter modules can be electrically connected by means of plug connectors, so that they can be combined in different variants, wherein such a combination always results in an electronic power converter. An inverter is known from WO2016/012541, which is mounted in a housing, which is used for example in a photovoltaic system to convert direct current into alternating current, the housing being fastened to a wall by means of a wall-mounted bracket. The size of the power converter housing is substantially dependent on the power rating of the power converter. At power ratings between 1 kw and 1 megawatt, a typical power converter typically exchanges tens of amperes of current at a voltage of several hundred volts. The size of the connection of the power converter is determined accordingly. In addition, there is also generally a high requirement for electromagnetic compatibility and protection level of the power converter. In contrast, a low weight and a small volume of the power converter or at least of the converter module of the power converter are desirable, in particular in order to be able to be assembled and, if necessary, repaired. Task of the invention The object of the invention is to further simplify the assembly of a power converter at the place of use. Solution scheme This object is achieved by a power converter according to the invention. Description of the invention An electronic power converter is of modular design, having a first housing, a second housing and a coupling element arranged between the housings. The coupling element can be connected to the at least one housing by means of a snap connection (Rastverbindung). Such a power converter may for example be a power electronic inverter for a photovoltaic system. By a modular design of the power converter housing, various configurations of the power converter may be conveniently provided. This enables the power converter to be simply and efficiently matched to the intended use, such as the type of photovoltaic system and method of use with which the power converter should interact. Here, the different components of the power converter can be arranged in different housings in different configurations and, thanks to the modular design, can be easily assembled and installed in a suitable manner. The provision of a coupling element which can be snapped into at least one housing (verrasten) further increases the flexibility of the construction and further simplifies the assembly. In particular, coupling elements of different designs may be provided, such as sealing and/or coupling elements with channels, for example for cables or the like. In one embodiment of the power converter, the housing has a rear face and a circumferential frame, respectively. The frame of the first housing and/or the second housing has at least one slot at the first frame side and/or the second frame side. Preferably, the slot extends transversely with respect to the long side of the frame, i.e. transversely with respect to the periphery of the frame. The slot is designed for latching with the coupling element in order to achieve a reliable latching connection. In an embodiment, the first frame side and/or the second frame side has one or more further slots to achieve a more secure locking with the coupling element. In another embodiment, both the first frame side and the second frame side have one or more slots. This may provide further scalability of the power converter. In particular, it is advantageous if the first frame side and the second frame side are opposite. In an embodiment, in addition to the one or more slots, the first frame side and/or the second frame side has further through recesses (Durchgangsausnehmung) through which a connector (e.g. in the form of a cable) can extend between the two housings. In one embodiment, the coupling element is configured as a disk and has a base plate with at least one through recess, wherein preferably the coupling element is arranged flat between the first housing and the second housing. Preferably, the coupling element is configured to be elongated and in particular to correspond to the proportion of the cross section of the first housing a
