Description
Porous film and method for producing same Technical Field The present invention relates to a porous membrane and a method for producing the same. Background There are membrane treatment techniques for separating solutes such as polymers dissolved in a liquid or contaminants contained in a liquid by a porous membrane. Examples of the water treatment using the membrane treatment technique include water purification treatment, underdrain treatment, seawater desalination treatment, and industrial water treatment. Examples of the water treatment include sample treatment containing biomolecules. At present, the water treatment facilities using the membrane treatment technology are rapidly growing in size, and the use of the membrane treatment technology in a wider range is expected to be promising in the future. On the other hand, the film is contaminated due to long-term use of the film, resulting in deterioration of film performance (Fouling). Fouling increases power consumption in membrane processing, further increases cleaning and replacement costs, and becomes a major problem in membrane processing technology. Therefore, the development of a film for inhibiting fouling (low fouling film) is actively underway. For example, as a technique of physically or chemically fixing a polymer having fouling-inhibiting property (low fouling property) on a membrane surface, there are (a) physical adhesion (for example, non-patent document 1), (b) grafting by ultraviolet light or plasma (for example, non-patent document 2), and (c) ATRP, and a method based on atom transfer radical polymerization (for example, non-patent document 3) has been proposed. As a film forming technique in which a low fouling polymer is contained in a film raw material, there has been proposed (d) a phase separation-induced film formation (for example, non-patent document 4). Non-patent document 1, k.akamatsu et al, ind.eng.chem.res.,50 (2011) 12281-12284 Non-patent document 2: K.Akamatsu et al, sep.Purif.technology., 204 (2018) 298-303 non-patent document 3: Y.C.Chiangetal, J.Member.Sci., 339 (2009) 151-159 non-patent document 4: G.V.Dizoet, J.Member.Sci., 550 (2018) 45-58. Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention As a technique for physically or chemically fixing a polymer having low fouling property on a membrane surface on a porous membrane, (a) a technique for physically adhering thereto is a very simple method, but the modified polymer is easily peeled off. Further, (b) grafting by ultraviolet rays or plasma, and (c) ATRP-based method have high film stability, but require a plurality of modification steps, and are not practical. In addition, (d) phase separation-induced film formation, although mixing of various polymers has been studied, a large number of high-priced polymers are used, and there is a problem in terms of cost. In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a porous membrane having high fouling resistance, which can be produced at low cost and in a simple manner, and a method for producing the same. Means for solving the problems Means for solving the above problems include the following means. <1> A porous film comprising a polymer blend comprising a base polymer and poly (2-methoxyethyl acrylate) having a porous structure. <2> The porous film according to <1>, wherein the porous structure is an asymmetric porous structure in which the porosity becomes larger as the pore size becomes larger from one surface side toward the other surface side of the porous film. <3> The porous membrane according to <1> or <2>, wherein the matrix polymer is 1 or 2 or more kinds of polymers selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylonitrile, cellulose acetate and polyamide. <4> A method for producing a porous film, comprising: A step of preparing a film-forming solution containing a base polymer, poly (2-methoxyethyl acrylate) and a solvent, and And a step of precipitating a porous film by a phase separation method using the film-forming solution. <5> The method for producing a porous membrane according to <4>, wherein the matrix polymer is 1 or 2 or more kinds of polymers selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylonitrile, cellulose acetate and polyamide. <6> The method for producing a porous film according to <4> or <5>, wherein the phase separation method is a non-solvent induced phase separation method.
