  1. 1. Use of a silicon ion preparation in the preparation of a preparation for treating chronic pancreatitis, wherein the concentration of silicon ions in the silicon ion preparation is 5ppm to 800ppm, the silicon ion preparation is prepared by releasing silicon ions from calcium silicate, and the preparation method of the silicon ion preparation comprises the following steps: the calcium silicate powder was added to serum-free DMEM medium or PBS at a solid/liquid ratio of 200 mg/mL at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, and then the mixture was centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes, and the supernatant was collected and sterilized by filtration membrane to obtain a calcium silicate ion solution.
