Claims (10)

  1. 1. The FEP black master batch raw material preparation system comprises a raw material preparation device, a plurality of raw material mixing devices, a die head extrusion device, a cooling device and a color master batch cutting device, and is characterized in that the raw material preparation device comprises a hydrogenation reactor, and a pretreatment unit is arranged at the end socket of the hydrogenation reactor; the preprocessing unit includes: a diffuser disposed in a head of the hydrogenation reactor; the pre-distribution part is arranged below the diffusion part and is used for mixing and dispersing materials entering the hydrogenation reactor; and the pre-filtering part is used for intercepting impurities in the materials and is arranged below the pre-distributing part; the areas of the diffusion part, the pre-distribution part and the pre-filtration part on the section of the hydrogenation reactor are sequentially increased, and the areas of the pre-distribution part and the pre-filtration part are smaller than the largest area of the pre-distribution part and the pre-filtration part on the section of the hydrogenation reactor; the materials falling into the central area of the hydrogenation reactor through the diffusion part are sequentially contained by the pre-distribution part and the pre-filtering part, and the materials in the edge area directly fall onto a distribution plate in the hydrogenation reactor.

The FEP black master batch raw material preparing system according to claim 1, wherein said diffusing part comprises: the guide plate is spirally arranged in the seal head; and umbrella plates which are arranged below the guide plates, connected in the hydrogenation reactor and arranged in a conical manner; through holes corresponding to the space outside the circumference of the guide plate are formed in the surface of the umbrella plate.

The FEP black masterbatch feed preparation system of claim 6, wherein said splitter comprises: the outer tube is fixedly arranged on the surface of the accommodating disc, and the top of the outer tube is closed; the inner tube is sleeved in the outer tube and is elastically connected to the top end of the outer tube; and and a plurality of water outlets are formed in the bottom of the outer tube and the height direction of the inner tube.

A process for preparing a FEP black master batch raw material preparation system according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of: step one, inputting raw materials into a screening process, wherein the materials move along the surfaces of guide plates which are arranged in a variable diameter and variable pitch manner, the surfaces of the guide plates gradually tend to be horizontal from top to bottom, the space gradually decreases, the materials entering the sealing head are subjected to sectional buffering, the materials forming rotational flow in the sealing head directly flow along the inner wall of the sealing head by matching with the reduced diameter of the guide plates, and lighter materials with insufficient centrifugal effect such as relatively pure caprolactam water solution directly flow down along the spiral surfaces of the guide plates; step two, adjusting pressure parameters, namely, when the flow rate of the material entering the seal head changes, the guide plate of the elastic material such as spring steel further contracts or expands, so that the sectional area of the material capable of flowing in the seal head is further reduced or increased; step three, an excessive material output procedure, namely when the material flow is increased, the flow dividing piece enables the support column to drive the bottom of the guide plate to generate displacement under the action of the increased impact force, so that the whole guide plate is pulled to generate extension, the flow dividing piece is separated from the port of the material pipe, and excessive material directly flows out of the discharge space; step four, a material dispersing process, wherein liquid phase materials falling into the pre-distributing part are gathered in a space of the accommodating disc, continuously flow downwards through the flow divider, are impacted and broken to be dispersed when the liquid phase materials contact the baffle plate, and divide the fluid in the material pipe into small water flows of a plurality of flow dividers; step five, a liquid-phase material output procedure, namely circulating the liquid-phase material collected on the surface of the accommodating disc through water outlets formed in an outer pipe and an inner pipe which are mutually sleeved in a plurality of flow splitters, and driving the inner pipe to move downwards by utilizing the inner pipe which is elastically connected with the outer pipe, so that larger water flow in a single flow splitter and the acting force of a baffle plate; and step six, refining, namely dispersing the dropped materials from the pre-distribution part, respectively falling the materials to the pre-filtering part and the edge area in the center of the section of the hydrogenation reactor according to the weight difference of the discrete state of the liquid beads, and finally contacting the materials in a distribution plate and a catalytic bed layer of the hydrogenation reactor to ensure that the materials in the gas-liquid two phases are fully, uniformly and effectively contacted with the solid phase catalyst for refining.

However, in the technical scheme, although the purpose of refining caprolactam can be realized, in the refining process, the refining process mainly depends on optimization of refining process parameters, and the hydrogenation reactor serving as core equipment of a caprolactam refining process carrier does not provide corresponding optimization measures for inner components of the core equipment, so that the improvement effect of caprolactam refining quality is weakened.
